Today, I chose extra space storage on Roosevelt Blvd but then decided to go ahead and change it to Grant Ave instead. As I was attempting to make the changes a young lady called to welcome me and thank me for choosing extra space storage. She then took the time to walk me through the process, verification and digital access to my unit. Today 's service was officiated by Belinda? Not sure if that is her name but I wish I remembered it at this moment because she is the reason why I am writing this post. She told me that if I arrived before 6 pm Naomi would be there to welcome me. It doesn't take but a few minutes to be helpful but she went out of her way to be kind as well. Respectfully speaking, in my opinion this young lady who showed professionalism, kindness and patience, deserves a bonus, raise or commendation for top notch service. Rating as a retired teacher =A+

Mario was great! He gave us a tour of the storage facility and was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. He answered all of our questions and made everything easy to understand. Jessica was also extremely helpful over the phone and made the process smooth from the beginning. We really appreciate the great customer service from both of them and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit!

The manager Mario was extremely professional very nice was running late to make it there to get a storage unit he stayed later to wait for me and my husband gave us a tour made sure we was able to get in and out definitely a 10/10 customer service would recommend this storage unit everything was clean good prices as well
