I can't believe I forgot to write this review after we moved our things into storage last month! I just had to come back and give Angelo the recognition he deserves.
From the minute we walked in, he was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain everything, answered every question we had, and made sure we felt completely comfortable with the whole process. Moving is stressful enough, but Angelo made this part of it soooooo easy.
You can tell he really cares about helping people and wants to make sure everything goes smoothly. It's not often you come across a customer service person that feels this genuine, and it really stood out to us.
Thank you so much, Angelo, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one. If you're considering Extra Space Storage on Spring Garden in Philly, you're in great hands!

I can’t believe what they did to me never called me to confirm my auction date I log on to pay for my units so I can move everything because I live in a different state now they auctioned it off. Pictures and items of my dead father I will NEVER GET BACK . I called to confirm my own date and was giving the WRONG DATE. No one took responsibility. Manger was getting smart with me and the workers did too I didn’t get any help… I cried for dayssssss!!! Instead of taking responsibility the manger avoided me. When I did get on the phone with her she yelled at me like I was a child. Her words were if you don’t listen to me I won’t help you . Keep in mind she telling me lies and information I didn’t ask for. They don’t properly document your account at all… I don’t have nothing nice to say about this place honestly like nothing nice to say at all. It was in February I can’t remember his name I’m sure it was the dude manger I can’t remember his name but if you see this thank you for your compassion and how you talked to me during such a difficult time for me it ment a lot in that moment compared to your co-workers who showed no compassion or respect or empathy all the memories I had of my father was gone and still is thank you…
