  Check in was easy. Pricing was fair. The climate control was as stated. Clean storage unit. Easy to get to with elevator. Never had to wait more than like 4 minutes for the elevator (once every other time it was immediate it was simply busy that day). Convenient carts to move things, dollies if needed as well. Bathrooms and water fountains on various floors. Hours of operation could stretch a couple of hours on the weekdays but the hours are sufficient (8am-7pm)(I would expect 6am-9pm) I never ran into a problem with the hours. I paid 6 months upfront and was care free for all six months visited the unit maybe five or six times. Check out is also very simple. Just make sure you give 10days verbal or 15 days written notice so you don't get a fee. Make sure you schedule move out before billing cycle.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about this extra space location! The front office is easily accessible, parking is right there, and the staff (Monique! Jesse! And more) are super helpful. Rates are reasonable and the storage area is also very easy to park in with a loading elevator. I’ve been here a couple years and intend to stay!

  Absolutely abhorrent behavior from Manish! He did not want to allow my daughter who has a disability on the freight elevator. She cannot walk and is transported by stroller. He was very rude from the beginning and did not greet me after greeting him. He told me he would ask his manager if by daughter could ride the elevator and then started yelling at me that she couldn’t and I have to take all of my heavy belongings, that I already loaded on carts, off of carts and go around the front. He told me he didn’t have to greet me and it was not his problem that the many items were heavy. I had two carts worth of heavy items. He then called his manager and began to lie about the whole situation. He was yelling at me in front of my child to the point that she started crying. I’ve never come across this type of behavior at this facility or any extra space that I’ve stored my things.
