Mr. DeSortes delivered old-time thoughtful service (no chain store here) and knew exactly the kind of machine that would work for me. A great quality machine, the price was extremely reasonable with a repair guarantee as well. I could not be more happy with my machine and my experience at Desortes Vacuum and Sewing Center. Added bonus: it is right on the L1 subway line.
