- TJTa JonesSep 25, 20261.0⭐ 1/5 Stars – TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT! I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service I experienced. The office manager refused to properly explain the procedures or address the mistakes made by a sales manager who clearly did not understand how to do her job. Instead of taking the time to correct the situation, provide clear answers, or ensure that the proper procedures were followed, the office manager would rather refund my money than actually do his job and resolve the issue. As a paying customer, I expect professionalism, communication, and accountability. I should not have to deal with employees who cannot explain their own procedures or management that refuses to step in and correct the problem. A refund does not excuse poor customer service or a lack of accountability. If management cannot properly train, guide, or correct their employees, how can customers trust this business to provide quality service? I have also contacted corporate and formally reported this experience so that it can be reviewed and addressed. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone who values their time, money, or being treated with respect. DO BETTER!

She didn’t hide anything like fees and so forth like renta center does . Ms. Glenda was straight forward but again not rude. She also made sure that she got us something in our price range. Chuck hangs up on you as you’re speaking and doesn’t let you talk. Some dude always calls harassing you for a payment, I don’t know him name but he sounds like a female. When I put my husband on the phone he piped it down real quick. Sales manager idk her name either, called me twice in the last 2 weeks asking for me to make a payment and I told her both times they picked up my washer and dryer TWO WEEKS AGO. I returned it bc their customer service sucks and I bought a brand new one. She keeps saying no one put in the system I returned it. So the two dudes who picked it up what they did with it? Even told a dude who called me I returned it stop trying to bill me.. he said he would note in the system. Clearly they never did.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
