  I’m disappointed with my experience with this company. About a month ago, I spoke with John the owner after his team removed large branches from trees located along the property line between my home and my neighbor’s. I understand that the trees were on my side of the property, and my neighbor had an urgent need to have the branches trimmed back, so she hired John’s company to complete the work. After the trimming was finished, I noticed that several large branches and debris were left behind on my side of the property. I reached out to John, and he acknowledged the issue and asked me to call him back in two weeks since he was going to be out of town. I gave extra time and waited about three weeks before following up. Unfortunately, after multiple calls and voicemails, I still have not received a response. I expected better communication and follow-through from a professional tree service company. I understand that things come up, but leaving large branches behind and then not responding to help resolve the issue has been very disappointing. I hope this feedback encourages better communication and customer service moving forward.
