  I'm sure this is a decent place to buy nuts, bolts, and the like as long as you don't mind them taking all of your personal and vehicle information and sharing it with their AI overlords.

  I’d give zero stars if it was an option. The Palmyra store is, by far, the worst store I’ve ever been to. Customer service is non- existent and their inventory is terrible compared to all of the surrounding stores. Stood in the wire aisle today for 10 minutes with the pa system yelling “special assistance needed in the packaged wire area”. Six people in red vests walked by and not one stopped or even acknowledged I was there. Not to mention I passed three employees in the previous aisle. I understand keeping the wire under lock and key cause thieves suck but then have someone available to access it. Left a cart with $1000 worth of materials sit in the aisle and walked out. They’ll ask you 26 times if you want a damn credit card but don’t expect help getting items to use it on. I don’t care if it’s 10 minutes from my house, Home Depot has my business from now on.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service at this store is a joke. We purchased a fan at the store in Lancaster and the self checkout never printed a receipt. The fan ended up not working for our needs, so we decided to take it to the location close to home Palmyra) to exchange. We were told without a receipt there was nothing they could do. This came from two separate associates. My fiance called what he believed to be the store we purchased in and they were able to confirm the purchase with just the item number and approx time of our visit. We were told it was through the other store in Lancaster. So he called that store and they were also able to pull it up and emailed us the receipt. So long story short, two separate associates lied straight to our face in the Palmyra store and wasted our time in having to call the other stores and then take it back and return it. The associates offered little apology and stood staring at the ground when they were called out on their lie. What could have gone from a $60 fan sale would have gone to an almost $200 air conditioner sale, but because of their awful service we bought nothing and will no longer be shopping there. So to anybody else in this situation, it's easy for them to pull receipts, don't take "no" for an answer.

  DO NOT PURCHASE AN APPLIANCE FROM HERE. They not only delivered a $2,000 fridge with a broken compressor, but made me keep it since they said it was "delivered." I was stuck with the broken fridge for days until they came back to pick it up. Then they only processed a partial refund - the representative said that because it was delivered the fee was non-refundable. They also charged me for a connector hose that I told them multiple times I did not need (and never even received) since I have my own, and a haul away that didn't occur (I kept my old fridge since the one they delivered didn't work). They tried to keep $110 that they charged me for this nightmare of an experience. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

  I can’t believe I’m leaving a reviews for a Lowe’s, But Of all things one will undoubtedly come across that’s imperfect in this world, One absolutely remarkable joy that’s left is the ability to come across someone as kind and unbelievably Helpful as Sarah in your paint Department, My Husband is the Anesthesia Chief of 3 Hospitals /Outpatient Surgery centers, and I’m an award winning Chef, We come across so many different typers of Brilliant, Educated, Kind, Wise, Creative, Talented people, and it is without a doubt a great honor to write a review for someone who deserves it such as Sarah, she was so truly exceptional, We have several different projects We needed to tackle, without Hesitation, She offered up the kindest, most efficient, friendly service to tackle all of them, With the greatest Wisdom and care we’ve ever experienced in any of your stores, My Husband used to Own rental properties and has been with Lowe’s for nearly forty years, He said out of the hundreds of thousands of dollars He’s ever spent through Lowe’s in all of His earlier Contracting (pre-medical) days, back when He was Riding in Ambulance’s and Repairing his rental properties in His early / late teen years until now, He said He’s never seen a better, more Wise, Helpful, or Spot on Helper than Sarah, And I couldn’t agree more!!!!, I hope she will be applauded, and given every opportunity she deserves to have a rewarding career Here and that they’ll promote Her with every opportunity she deserves because Her hard work and dedication to serving the community is second to none, Sarah deserves to be acknowledged and I hope someone there reads these Reviews because let me tell you, after all the Help we needed and how she tackled everything with the greatest care, kindness and still Cheerfully Celebrated Her commitment to Lowe’s and excellence it’s something you rarely (if ever) see and I would Hope Her employer would be equally invested in Her success, and that they’d print off a copy for this spectacular employee so she has it in Her employee file and can also say to any employer she gets not one, but two glowing endorsements from the two of us Here, We’ve owned several businesses over the years and there’s not one of them Where we wouldn’t have Hired Her for, She’s awesome and any customer who ever has the good fortune of coming to Her Over anyone else is Truly blessed because they’re going to get Service, commitment to excellence, and kindness to tackle all the ways Life throws Projects in our lap, I truly hope Lowe’s Acknowledges Sarah and gives Her every opportunity She deserves for a Career and future there that’s as bright and exceptionally rewarding as Sarah Is…. Thanks Sarah, Our projects may start today, But we’ll carry Thanks in our Hearts for all your Help every time we look at the job well done all because you cared, Helped us, and We’re so Kind, You and your Help will be remembered for a very very long time Exceptionalism such as yours is a very rare find -D and S Vand.
