I was a customer with Extra Space Storage for about 3 years, and my experience has been nothing but positive!
I never had any concerns about the safety of my belongings. My unit was never broken into or tampered with, neither was my lock. I never saw any suspicious activity or characters around the property.
The facility is always clean & neat both inside and out.
The staff here, especially the manager Chris, has always been friendly, understanding and helpful. The new kiosk is a cool and helpful addition as well!
Reasonable start price and gradually increased as the years went on.
Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely use Extra Space Storage again in the future, if needed. Highly recommend!

I think his name is Andrew,, great guy! He helped us and drove us to the storage bay on his golf cart! We didnt have a reservation we just needed something quick! He cleaned it and left the door open for us while we went to load our belongings...he helped me with the app and showed me how to log in use the one touch feature...opened the app,,, within a few seconds the gate opened...didn't need a code. Great place to get a storage unit...I would highly recommend!

I signed up in just 5 minutes online. I came in an hour later, and everything was ready. Andrew at the front desk was super helpful and had great energy! The space was very clean. I went for the climate controlled unit on the second floor, so my stuff stays protected from heat. Access was still easy to the second floor, and transporting my stuff took one quick trip with the provided hand carts. Great place!
