  My wife and I moved into a house in Whitehall in 2022, and with that came a central air system that was full of nicotine and black debris from the previous owners. After a while it was evident it was causing some lung problems and after having or first born son in 2023 it was clear we needed to correct this issue as there was soot on our beds, carpets, and couches. We contacted SAD and got their Tier 1 package. Luis and Mikey Jr. arrived on time and spent the next 5 hours thoroughly cleaning our system and vents. They were both very professional and showed us images of the before and after of their work. They even added a layer of film to our vents (kind of like a wax to floor) to trap any other particulates in place they couldn't reach or get to. After about 3 week we noticed more debris on our floors and bed and called them back. Char assured us we were within a 90 day guarantee and had them come back 2 days later to clean our systems again for no additional cost. We were very very happy with their service, professionalism, and attention to detail and will be using them again. We highly recommend them for ay ductwork or vent cleaning.

  Great service!! Technician was very informative and explained step by step of what he was doing. Very professional, respectful of my property. Customer service was excellent. Was informed every step of the way from first calling to schedule to the completion of the services. Great company great people, would highly recommend!!
