    Cashier at garden center said someone in loading center. Nope... waited. Walked back to cashier... paged someone... hot, elder, tired of waiting another 10 minutes. Loaded myself. About 15 minutes... never saw anyone come to load. Very disappointed.

    Don’t call customer service here !!!!!!Apparently, they have problem taking phone calls !!!!!!I Just wanted to see if my mother bought the warranty on a weed eater she bought 2 months prior but the woman was “to busy” to look up a account number and see if I even gotten it

    Never do online pick up order, ever, went in this morning and had an online pick up order, scanned it, didn't come up on the computer, screen, whatever hit the associate button to get someone over to help. Heard the call over the speaker at least 4 times. Hit the "are you still there?" button at least 5 or 6 times. Nothing, nothing, nothing, and finally gave up after 5 minutes since we figured we were here anyway, we'd just buy what we had selected for online pick up since we wanted to get a few other items anyway. Welp that was a giant mistake. The online pick up order was listed as picked up even though we never picked it up. Tried calling Lowes online, they transferred me to the store, the store customer service to their credit did look into it, were able to identify the order was in fact still there and never picked up. Then fixed the issue. Even though this store has an excellent customer service/front desk team, It took me a solid hour to get everything fixed, so I wasn't charged for what I never picked up, please learn from my mistake. The store is great otherwise. So what went wrong and what can we learn: A. Never ever do online pick up, they don't have anyone there to help and if you give up they mark it as picked up B. Never ever do online pick up, they don't understand you need to staff it for pick up C. Never, and I mean never do online pick up, the staff for the online pick up area clearly doesn't care to staff the online pick up area and rather than think and "Say , did I ever hand anything over to a customer that said they were here but clearly aren't here now?" just mark it as picked up without checking to see if it actually was picked up.

    Lowe’s has a terrible return policy. Way too short of return period. All of their mill works is warped. Can’t ever find an employee to help with questions.

    I purchased multiple pieces of furniture here one week ago. Spent thousands of dollars in furniture, grill, accessories, etc. I coordinated the furniture to be delivered with assembly. It was supposed to arrive yesterday, original window 8am-8pm. All week I received updates confirming my order and on Friday (4/17) at 4:52pm my delivery window was updated to 10am-2pm, again sent by text. The Saturday (4/18) delivery window came and went, no furniture, no communication. When I called the customer service line the AI assistant confirmed my order was still scheduled and on time. After a long hold time I was finally able to connect with a store associate who told me my order "didn't make it onto the truck" WHAT? Why didn't I get a call? If Lowes deliver furniture until 8PM why couldn't they throw it onto a different truck. I had a delivery reservation, paid for furniture upfront and don't have the furniture and they just shrug??? Then she tries to reschedule my delivery for a Tuesday, again between 8am-8pm, but some people cant take off work to wait around all day for furniture, and now I have to wait until May 2nd for my delivery. What should have been a worry free process, now has my anxiety through the roof because what happens when May 2nd comes around and my furniture doesn't make it onto the truck?
