  Waited 26 minutes in glass cutting area asked numerous employees...kept getting blown off! Asked a Manager the I spotted behind the customer service/return desk. She did not have her vest on most likely so she can avoid customers. Finally walked up to the Manager office where both were chilling in the office with zero car in the world as the "help is needed in glass cutting area" was going off for the 78th time! Finally got the male Manager to cut it for me because I'm sure she could not be bothered! DO BETTER!!!

  Put an order in for delivery of firepit, paver base, sand. Lowes themselves decide to change part of the order to pickup. Making me pickup 20 bags of paver base and sand. I call to correct their mistake and they send me to fulfillment twice and no one answers. I call the third day, day of delivery to ask why yoi are not delivering the sand and paver base. The system split between 3 stores. Why? If you didn't have it at this store then update you on hand because thatis why I picked that store. After calling customer service in the corporate office and they say thry can't change it either. The product is pulled and sitting for me to pickup why cant you add to the truck with the firpit. They pretty much told me there is nothing we can do figure it out yourself. Ridiculous. Fix your system so someone has ability to change from pickup to delivery. Seeing it is your system that caused all the problem. Zero stars Lowes, should be ashamed.

  Ordered a dishwasher online with all the necessary kit and parts. Called Lowe’s to add on installation and was rerouted to this store to handle adding the install. Spoke with a women name Magda (can’t forget because it’s my name too) and she booked us an install for the same time when our dishwasher was to deliver on a Saturday. Come Saturday our dishwasher and all items delivers however no call or contact from any installer. Call Lowe’s back and say there was never any installation booked and that the associate did not book one even though she walked us through the steps of being notified, cost of service that was charged, and how the timing would work with our delivery. Tried calling back to add installation and was left on hold three times ranging from 10-30 minutes. Finally spoke with Jeff the store manager who told me I never purchased installation and ultimately they don’t even have installers available on the weekend. We are left with the charge on our cards but now need to rebook and pay again to then have the issue handled with an appeasement office. When asked to speak to the next manager to provide a review I was given the customer care line and told there is nobody else ghat can be shared for providing feedback or reviews to. I was told there are no other solutions and we are wasting so much money on our project because of one delay that was truly the fault of that coworker since not only could they not install on weekends but she lied to us. I have no idea who else to call and ask for help or support as everyone at Lowe’s care keeps sending us back to the store. We are spinning in circles.

  PATHETIC “PROFESSIONALS” Purchased a new range 2 months ago and its damaged, i’ve gone through hell the last month + trying to take advantage of the warranty that I purchased for an extra $400. I’ve called every single number the store gives me, got transferred to East Jabib, got transferred to individuals who can’t speak English, overseas, no one wants to help me and no one calls me back. No one is taking any liability. I’m not getting anywhere on the store level!! When you call, the automated freakin robot makes it virtually impossible for you to talk to ANYONE! After 10 min if arguing with AI on 6/16 at aeound 6pm, I finally get through to a human, and then waited over 60 minutes, 1 HOUR , to talk to a manager!!! I got disconnected at7:20 PM!!!! THE CALL GOT DISCONNECTED! One person has been trying to help me consistently help me the last month & she’s not getting anywhere either so that stopped too.Apparently Lowes does not stand by their products, it’s a shame they hire people international to “help” when they can’t even speak proper english, return your call, understand you or have an actual professional phone connection. DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM LOWES, as they DO NOT stand by their products. i’ve called every single number they’ve given me!!! I will be having my attorney contact them on my behalf, I’m done dealing with incompetents people who can’t and don’t care to do their job. I will also be calling cooperate, hopefully that person can speak English. TERRIBLE excuses for professionals! I swear, cooperate mist train management & their employees to do absolutely NOTHING!!!!

  I genuinely do like this store.. most associates are friendly and super helpful… Hit the self checkout and the story changes.. I’m already checking myself out.. I don’t need some guy with a complex hovering over my shoulder.. and asking me.. did you scan those buckets?? Seriously Lowe’s.. do better.. either allow customers the self checkout function or put associates at registers..
