Paint “specialists” need to know what they’re doing. I bought paint from Lowe’s previously and loved the color. Needed to do patch work at my home and needed more of the same color. I got a sample size because I only needed a little bit. I told the person that was mixing the paint that I needed eggshell in “____” color. They said that “they didn’t do eggshell for samples. They only had satin”. I told them that my previous paint was eggshell and they said that it was fine that satin is close enough that you couldn’t tell the difference. Well, guess what was different? My wall.
I go to return the sample and to my surprise they don’t take sample returns …??? Nobody ever told me that. Plus this thing was like $7?? They used to be free.

Spent thousands and thousands of dollars with Lowe’s credit card, but no one gives a **** when I asked to make me a key. Everyone disappears and no how to make them. No attention from lowe’s associates at all. I think close the credit card and go to Home Depot.

If I can give them a zero star, I would.
Went to the store and ordered some custom blinds on 8/21; told it will be delivered and installed early September; then later I was told it won't be made until late October, too late for us. Fine, went to store again on September 4th and the manager, Matt, said he has contacted the vendor and canceled this order and we placed another order with a different brand. He said since the vendor confirmed it's canceled, he should be issue the refund soon and will get back to us after the weekend. He never did. Called a few times the following week since I didn't see the refund, long hold every time and always told me they confirmed with the vendor it's canceled but somehow it's still not showing canceled in their system for a refund. On Thursday, another manager, Jeff, said he opened an IT ticket and need to wait for that to be resolved before they can refund. Called again today Saturday and Jeff pretty much said he did all he can, he doesn't know when it will be resolved and if I have a problem, call corporate customer service. I did and after one hour hold, was told the escalation team is busy and maybe they will call me back today. What a mess of store, they don't care about the customer at all. I am stuck with thousands of dollars in credit card bill with a canceled order.

I would give 0 stars if I could.I ordered a water-powered sump pump online, but couldn't use it because I lack a 3/4-inch city water line. I immediately went into this store and bought a battery-powered replacement instead.Unfortunately, my contractor accidentally threw away the original box for the online order during cleanup. When I tried to return the unused pump, the store refused to accept it without the packaging.It has now been 3 weeks. I have made 4 calls to customer support and have 2 open cases. Corporate support explicitly confirmed that the original packaging is not required for a return, but this store still refuses to honor it.I bought the replacement from Lowe's to keep my business here, but now I’m stuck with an expensive, useless item. The lack of consistency between corporate policy and store management has completely broken my trust. Next time, I'll stick to Amazon.
