  I had a good experience at Valley Pools. Marena tested my pool water and explained everything I needed to do to get my pool ready for summer. She answered every question I had. Very polite and helpful. She is a part of what makes Valley Pools a great place for pool supplies and equipment.

  Where to start, I had to wait almost 2 months for a service tech to fix a 10 dollar part on my hot tub. (Price based off my own research) the date was June 1st that my tech was to come out and fix the issue. The Wednesday prior I got a call from valley stating that Chris my tech would be at my home between 12-4pm so I took the day off work and I didn't receive my 1st call from Chris until 615pm. I told Chris that I was very upset because I took the entire day off of work to be here for him. He told me that he was only coming to asset the damage and the part needed, this was after I sent all the photos in to show what part was broken. I then called valley back and got a voice mail for a lady named Julie, I told her how upset I was that I waited all day and he Chris was a no show and asked for my 189.00 refunded for the service call. I NEVER received any call back from Julie. never!! Then the next time that I would here from valley was today June 5th. Stating that Chris would be here between 12-4pm and I would get a courtesy call from Chris whenever he would be on his way. Again, no call. So I came home from work around 330pm to find the part was fixed, however the jets in the hot tub still did not work. Now i'm just frustrated. Instead of calling valley back or julie, who will not call you back? I am just going to move forward.Please, please please be aware of their service department and julie and chris both need a little bit more training.And i'm still waiting for my refund. I waited 5 days for a 10 dollar part that's still broke. Also still waiting for a refund and a call from Julie. Wow just wow.... Anthony and Albert Savko unhappy customers 😞
