This location was very disappointing today. I was almost charged an additional $340 because of a mistake the manager made. Then with an attitude she tried giving me $27. My account was mixed up with my ex husband’s acct. Not sure how when we have different storage units and different living addresses. Now I have been trying for 4 hours just to make what I thought would be just a quick drop off. She refused to speak to me because I was “rude” and I was. I had to call another Newtown location and get help from Emirate. Who look into the system and saw that I was paying for my ex husband’s acct while I get charged liens and late fees. Then to offer $27 for her mistakes. I hate loud, wrong, ignorant arrogant ppl. Now most of my day has been wasted and I’m still waiting to just drop off the same boxes that I have in my trunk since 9am.

Not bad but also not good only because of lack of access. The facility is nice enough but not having access for 8 hours a day has me paying for 3000 hours a year where I can’t access my belongings so I have to take away stars. Besides that it’s great
