  I always have found all customer service is valued here! Heather and Candy are always patient and kind, they are gems! This last service technician Tony was really special. Not only did he do his job thoroughly he had a calm and friendly demeanor. I remain a loyal customer and will return.

  Delivered a portable dishwasher and hauled the old one away. The delivery guys were courteous, friendly, and careful with all aspects of the delivery. Unit was given a test run to be sure it worked. I’m happy doing business with JBZ.

  The service team at JB’s is always on top of things. Prompt service and good communication are two of the main reasons that we buy all of our appliances there. One of the few places that offer great service after the sale.
