  I bought a used dryer from these folks, it was exactly as described at a fair price. Now here is what really matters. I happened to show up on a day when they just had a huge storm and the town was out of electricity. These folks were letting people take what they needed on the honor system, just writing down their names and telling them, when the electric comes back on come back in and pay us. Talk about a community! These are great people to deal with and they carry great products.

  We came in for new fridge while the power was out. Since the system was down we were unable to find the one we needed that day. Wes hooked us up with a loaner fridge to use until we were able to get the new one. Great customer service from Wes, the sales staff and the delivery crew.

  I can’t say enough about this wonderful place. First class customer service and delivery from beginning to end. Sales process was quick, easy and informative. Delivery guys arrived right on time knew exactly what they were doing and were quick, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend these folks for any Appliance purchases.

  Two representatives from JB Zimmerman delivered our new Weber grill today. They were very professional and did a great job setting it up, attaching our tank and even giving us a lesson on how to operate it. So happy that they removed our old grill as well. Thank you to Wes and his colleague to deliver our new grill just in time for the Fourth of July!
