This location is horrible! Why you ask, incompetent, rude, untrained staff, many employees act like we the customer are an inconvenience and interruption to them doing absolutely nothing. The store opens at 6AM, DON’T go to the garden center before 9AM, you will be pushing all your items through to self checkout. This is ridiculous!! Cashiers make mistakes and you the customer now have to go to customer service to fix their screw ups! Time is money and that includes the customers time! If I need something in the future from Lowes I will drive to Hermitage, this store will not get another cent from me. Enough is enough. Lowes Corporate, if you read these reviews, you need to FIRE the entire management staff, hire competent people that actually value and appreciate the customer.

Terrible customer service, only needed one thing and asked multiple people and got no help. Decided to order online instead and left store to get it same day delivered only for them to bring me on display item covered in bird poop and dust and without a box. Called and took product back and they gave me a new one but told me on the phone I would recieve a partial refund for my troubles and never got it...never again!!

This location directly violated Lowe’s corporate policy by refusing a valid exchange on a craftsman ratchet. The exact ratchet was not in stock and per policy they are required to exchange it for the closest in stock equivalent. This was not done. Furthermore in store manager Jimmie was extremely rude and multiple employees were argumentative and unwilling to help. I have already filed a formal complaint. I tried my very best to be kind and this was met with aggression. Please do not come to this location, the staff are very unprofessional and rude. And they do not follow the corporate guidelines to the standard they should.

Its a normal Lowes, has the normal stuff. Lawn and Garden is usually pretty good. But lumber can be frustrating. You definitely have to pick through a lot of lumber for good boards. But most associates are pretty helpful. And girls upfront in lumber are awesome. Only real complaint is the back section of lumber is always filled w returns and you can't easily access siding and 1X lumber. You have to carry material to end of aisle to put on cart, which is a pain for 4x8 sheets and 16ft boards. If you can't find an associate, go back to the Window/Door desk... usually a gathering spot.
