We have spent a significant amount of money at Lowes over the span of just two weeks, and this is also a place we shop at regularly. Despite that, the level of service we received was incredibly disappointing. You’ve now lost out on another large purchase for my kitchen renovation. Thousands of dollars taken elsewhere—great job losing a loyal customer.
Our first delivery (base cabinets and a dishwasher) arrived damaged. After spending over an hour being transferred between multiple employees, we were told replacements would be scheduled. That turned out to be completely inaccurate—no replacements were arranged, and instead a refund was issued with zero communication.
The second delivery was even worse. There was no call, no knock—just cabinets dumped on our front lawn. One cabinet arrived completely out of the box, scratched and visibly damaged, and several others came in damaged packaging. With rain approaching, we were left scrambling to protect everything ourselves.
When I contacted the store, I was transferred multiple times, placed on hold repeatedly, and ultimately hung up on. There is clearly no ownership, no communication, and no respect for customers.
To make matters worse, I am currently pregnant and physically unable to move heavy cabinets. I explained this situation and still received no assistance. I was told no one could come back.
This is not just poor service—it’s a complete failure in basic customer care and logistics.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.
Customer service at this company is severely lacking. There is no accountability, no communication, and no care for the customer experience.
P.S. This review applies to both the Monroeville and Homestead locations. The first order was handled through the Monroeville store, and the second through the Homestead location. Unfortunately, the same issues—lack of communication, poor coordination, and inadequate customer service—were consistent across both stores, as well as at the company level overall.

Waited 45 minutes at curbside pickup only to be told that the item wasn’t actually assembled as it should be and offered me one in the box unassembled. Done spending thousands at stores that care nothing of their customers and offer zero customer service. Lowe’s is off the list in our household.
