I tried to get to the pro desk 3 times on the phone Saturday. I get Saturdays are busy but i waited a half hour on the phone and got hung up on. Tried again got transferred twice and got hung up on. Called the ProDesk on Monday and got transferred to the garden center. Trying to order $500 worth of material....think someone would want that order? Tried on line but it wants to charge me $80 instead of the $20.....not a good time from a store that used to be good.

Terrible customer service if you call for anything the moment you’re on the phone with an actual person, they just put you on hold and wait for you to hang up. Seriously management watch your associates pick up the phone they just say thanks for calling Lowe’s please hold and they never take you off hold. I was on hold for 20 minutes not once did they pick up to check if I was still there. I’m on hold right now.

Done with this place, and its 7mins from my house. Never had an experience in my 10 yrs living here like tonight at checkout. A Quiet night ruined by needing 4 bolts and nuts. HonestlyI wanted to finish thish project, but will be returning them 1st thing in the am. I Value my morals vs needing to finish a project. Self checkout attendant totally violated my personal space while with my 2 small children, after telling her "hello, no I dont need help" procceds to over reach in my space to pick up what I layed down before scanning, and after I express discomfort she proceeds to stand over the card reader while im checking out! I work too hard to be treated less than! Idc if the store is 5 mins from my home! Thank you Veronica! Online and home depot from now on!

Won’t be purchasing from this location again.
Had an order that I paid delivery for. I get a call during delivery that the item was damaged. Supervisor Marissa tells me to just patch it up,sand, paint it. This is for a customers home not my home btw. So then I was told the new product was out for delivery many times. I tried calling the store no one answers or puts me on hold. I go in the store and everyone looks at me like I’m nuts. Now a month goes by, with all the headaches for the assistant manager to tell me it was never scheduled for transit. So which means I got the run around for a month.
Because of your delay and lack of care of customers products and delivery. I lost my project, money and time also sleep over this.
Now my customer is taking me to court. I know mistakes happen but I run a small company and this is not how things should go, very unacceptable!
The young guy who helped me on April 11th to pay delivery messed it all up. What a disaster honestly! I will be shopping in Easton store or bartonsville for now on because I personally as a business owner cannot go through that nonsense again!
