The guy Benjamin behind the pro desk is one of the worst I had yet to come across,from Florida to mt pocono Pennsylvania,he refused to own up to making a error on a LVL special order,cost my company thousands,had to make another order from blue ridge in mt pocono spent a little bit more but the order was 100% correct,don’t place orders with this guy EVER!

As I come to write my review I see the google review me are horrible and wish I would’ve seen this to begin with,but I have spent about 20k in materials in the last 4 months,and a Lowe’s card carrier,was dealing with Ben at the pro desk and from day one has been horrible but I tried to hang in there but to no avail it has been a nightmare and a huge blame game he always claims nothing is his fault,quick to pass the blame in every transaction I have done at tha pro desk,I have since stopped ordering through Lowe’s and have since switched over to Home Depot and have had zero issues,any damaged lumber they gladly exchange without and excuses,my only regret is not looking at these reviews for this store!!!!

It’s every Lowes. Employees hate their job. Every order is wrong, cabinets all delivered damage. Steve, the “store manager” could not careless. Finally apologized at the end - after he told me they didn’t leave damaged - I didn’t know people could see through cardboard packaging ? They were delivered from Lowe’s - maybe in delivery? Not really professional to accuse the Pro. He refused to get another order out same day. Another day wasted and projected started a week late due to Lowes not showing up for that delivery! It’s non stop mistakes, nasty employees horrible customer service. I shouldn’t be spending thousands every week at all the surrounding Lowe’s to be treated so poorly. I’d rather loose $2 on every Home Depot order than deal with the lack of professionalism at Lowe’s. How did this guy even become a manager? Really sad and embarrassing.

I tried to order online order twice waited like 5 hours. No order had to go in and get it myself the second time had to cancel the whole order because it never got pulled. I don't understand how busy are you not to get these orders curbside done quickly so people can pick up within at least 2 hours And the sad thing is I went in and so I wasn't even annoyed That's my order wasn't done the lady was like. Well if you wait for it maybe you wouldn't have to waste time inside the store. Really that's something I wanted to hear. What customer service

I tried to go into the store to personally resolve this and again nothing but rude or arrogant and no care from any of the employees. If they truly care, even a phone call and a 5-minute conversation will help the whole issue be rectified. It's really sad how low in customer service the store has gotten,

I tried my hardest to work at this location as a contractor. I'm extremely disappointed in the entire service that I received over the past few weeks, I come here to run my business and operate out of Lowe's. I actually look at the whole thing as a partnership but It is slowly fading away and I might have to turn my business elsewhere
And John, the store manager is not very helpful. All I'm trying to get done is get a discount on my order that took me almost 4 hours to get out of the store. Every time I go into the location it takes almost 2 hours to even pick up 13 bundles of shingles or even a few pieces of wood
Besides two or three employees in the entire store, every other one seems to ignore my issues or not really care

John is new to the store and just maybe he doesn't realize what's going on, but I'm just seeking a 10% discount on my almost $5,000 order because it costed me a whole extra days of labor in order to get the job I had done because they didn't have anything ready every time I went in the store, it's really sad to see the location ran this badly, but they have a lot of things lacking. Honestly Donna and Dawn are nothing but arrogant. John is about halfway there
I've called corporate multiple times in the store. It's ran very poorly and I'm not very satisfied with my service and and soon I am going to be turning elsewhere for business.
I hope they see this to give me the 10% discount. For any other store that's ran well Would be easy.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
