  We visited the store twice. The first time we were just trying to get some ideas and to determine a reasonable budget. Rita helped us. She was great! She respected that we were just looking and only provided us helpful information about things that might work. Of course, when we were ready to buy we called her ahead to make sure we came in when she could be available. Again, she was great and we loved working with her!

  We had a great experience here and they showroom is huge. We are very happy with our purchases. Also, the sales associate, Rita, is the best! She is so friendly, warm, and energetic.

  Patrick is 10 not a 5. He goes way above and beyond and he’s willing to provide more information. It was a lot to work with him! It helps that he’s also a people’s person and very hard-working! Patrick is extremely patient and is willing to show a client the best combination of furniture pieces which suit a client’s needs. He is also fun to work with, down to earth and humble.   I am looking for new furniture. I have been to 4 furniture stores and a mattress store. Sherrie at Raymour and Flanaghan makes other sales people look from “okay” to “bad!”I have a new mattress from a mattress store which was very expensive but is not a great mattress. I have serious back trouble and need the best mattress I can find, I had looked at a bedroom set with Sherrie which I loved but it is just too big for my small bedroom. She was honest and told me that. My daughter and I were so impressed with her that I asked if she could help me choose a wonderful mattress. She said “of course!”Believe me, Raymour and Flanaghan is the place to get a mattress. There was no one in the mattress department. She led me to a mattress and had me lie on it while she was with another customer. I felt like I was lying on a cloud! I was thrilled and fell asleep! She wanted me to try other mattresses which I did but kept going back to that one. It is made the way mattresses used to be made, with cotton and other natural materials. I will be buying it and returning to Sherrie for my furniture needs. I saw so many beautiful rugs there etc.

  We purchased a mattress from Raymour & Flanigan in December, and it arrived torn. While they did replace the damaged mattress, the replacement created a billing nightmare. For three months, we were charged for two mattresses and had to repeatedly call and complain before the duplicate charge was finally removed. Even now, our monthly payment still does not reflect the original amount we agreed to pay. We've been told there are now two accounts associated with the purchase and that "nothing can be done." Raymour & Flanigan tells us to contact the bank they arranged the financing through, while the bank tells us to call Raymour & Flanigan. No one is taking ownership of the problem, and we're stuck in the middle. What should have been a simple mattress purchase has turned into months of frustration, wasted time, and finger-pointing. Customer service has been completely ineffective at resolving the issue. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before purchasing from Raymour & Flanigan. 6/17 Uodate we called back into Raymour on Monday, was told a manager was going to call us back that day, may not be right away because they are having a lot of similar “problems”. No return call that day. Called back the next day, had to explain our whole problem over again only to be told it wasn’t Raymour fault even if they understand our frustration. The person who could handle this is out until the end of the month and they will have to call us back again. Call still pending. Horrifying experience.
