  NaturaLawn of America has been an outstanding partner for over five years now. Their service is consistently courteous, prompt, and reliable. I highly value their comprehensive lawn care program, especially the fall aeration and complimentary overseeding. Their communication is excellent—I always receive an email notification the day before a visit, and they promptly call to update me if plans change. They completely revived my yard in the very first year, and it has remained beautifully green ever since.

  We have used Natural Lawn for many years at this point. We have always been satisfied with the results of the process. The one time I had some dissatisfaction with the technician, the company immediately sent out another technician to correct the issue. I was very impressed with the service. Therefore, I have recommended Natural Lawn to others in our community.

  My experience with Naturalawn America has been disappointing so far, primarily due to the gap between what was presented during the sales process and what was actually delivered during the initial service visit. During the sales call with Brian, I was told that the technicians would first perform a detailed soil probe and analysis, and that treatments would then be customized based on the specific needs of my lawn and soil conditions, including nutrients, lime balance, watering needs, and other factors. This personalized approach was one of the main reasons I decided to proceed with the service. However, during the first on-site visit, the process appeared very different from what had been described. The soil testing was initially not performed until I specifically requested it again and applied some pressure for it to be done. I was told that my soil would be essentially the same as my neighbors’ soil because the company already services homes in the neighborhood. In addition, the application itself seemed inconsistent. My property is fully fenced, with a gate providing access to the backyard, but the technicians did not appear to locate or use the gate properly. Instead of using larger application equipment, the technician used a handheld spreader and covered only limited paths and portions of the lawn, leaving me uncertain whether the treatment was applied evenly across the property. Overall, the first visit did not reflect the level of customization and professionalism that had been presented during the sales process. At this stage, I remain disappointed with the initial experience, though I am willing to continue with upcoming treatments and evaluate whether service quality improves over time. I will update my review based on future results and overall lawn performance.

  Natural Lawn of America has been to my property twice. Each time has been underwhelming. The first tech missed applying fertilizer to a significant part of my yard. He had to be called back to complete the application. The 2nd application came without notice at 7:30 AM last Monday, Their equipment was so loud that I got several complaints from my neighbors. They still missed doing a part of my property. They had to be called back to complete it again. This was after I specifically explained to the Tech upon the 1st visit, "do not show up before 9 AM." I was notified this morning at 9:11 AM (I guess they finally listened} of a 3rd application being applied tomorrow. Let's see how NLof A does this time. Told them to be careful this time, 3 Strikes and you're out!
