Very friendly staff and the free design service was an additional plus. I know my wife and I are going to love the sectional we purchased. John and Samantha were outstanding and understand what great Customer Service is!

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Once we picked out our chair and wrapped everything up, I told the salesman he was a very good sales guy and thanked him for all his help! He then said his name and he was the manager. I laughed and said, well, you deserve the job! Thank you so much!

Jeff was fantastic ,considerate of my long browsing time in the Montgomery store. Because of him I bought the recliner and did not pursue the next store.

I’d like to take a moment to express what a great experience shopping here was. Charlotte, the sales associate, was super helpful and gave me great insights into the various chairs and options. I was extremely happy with the experience from the moment I stepped in the door. I can’t wait to try sit on my first lazy boy!! 😊

Our shopping experience at lazy boy in Montgomeryville was the most exceptional furniture buying experience we’ve ever had. Jeffery Lanigan, the Sales manager the sales manager is the best sales manager we have ever met. That’s after a naval career and retirement where have have shopped numerous furniture stores over many states. Jeff is by far the best we have ever met. He is a wonderful person and was interested in our needs and not making a sale. He made sure we purchased the best furniture for our needs and gave us a fantastic price. We can’t say more about what a wonderful experience we had with Jeff at lazy boy. John and Bernadette.
