  Brayden was very friendly and knowledgeable about all hot tubs that Pool City offered. He spent a great deal of time with us going over various options on different models, upkeep, maintenance and the warranty of the product. He made us feel at ease and answered several questions that we asked. Overall it was a great experience and we're very satisfied with the info he gave us to make an informed decision on which hot tub to purchased

  We bought a Pool at the home show on March 8th they wanted all money up front so we went very next day to pay the pool off. We were told that pool would be delivered soon then installers would contact us. they would excavate and 2 to 3 days later install pool. The pool was delivered in April it is now June 30th and only 8 posts are up for pool. they came June 3rd finally to excavate. We keep getting ignored and today there were supposed to finish install and no showed again. Installers tried charging me 3 times the amount I was quoted. Dont buy from Pool City it is not worth it.

  We purchased a pool in mid-March 2026. We were guaranteed by the General Manager that the pool would be installed before Memorial Day 2026. It’s June 21st and we still don’t have our pool installed. Do not trust anything they tell you. The installer has cancelled 4 times. Once because of weather.

  Alex and Jason at the Monroeville location are great! Always very helpful and masters at providing chemical plans to keep the pool crystal clear with minimal effort. They answer all of my questions and give great tips for ensuring it is a smooth process from maintenance to opening/closing. I have learned a lot from them!
