  We had a really great experience at Pool City, especially with Jason. He was super friendly and took the time to answer all our questions without any pressure. Even though we didn’t end up buying anything this time, we still left feeling really good about the visit. The service made a big impression on us, and we’ll definitely be back in the future. Would absolutely recommend stopping in!

  My Pool City experience was awesome! The manager at the Monroeville, PA store was very professional and knowledgeable and PATIENT. He and a new trainee Jennifer, stayed past closing time to help with our purrchase! They are over- the -top employees!

  I recently bought a gorgeous Jacuzzi hot tub from Pool City. First, Bradyn helped me out, and then Alex assisted us when we returned some weeks later. Both were quite knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. Over the past several years, we’ve bought our pool table and swimming pool from this location in the Murrysview Shoppes and have consistently returned for all our maintenance needs. The staff has always been incredibly supportive, and this experience was no different. I highly recommend Pool City, especially this location, to anyone looking to make similar purchases.

  Had a great experience at Pool City in Monroeville. The staff was attentive and really took the time to get to know me and what my family is looking for in a pool. Jason was incredibly helpful and friendly. Jason's expertise really helped us feel comfortable with such a large investment and wasn't your typical pushy sales person. Many thanks Jason and the rest of the staff at Monroeville Pool City. We're now even more excited for summer!
