I want to recognize Kurt at this Lowe’s for doing an amazing job. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made my experience easy. He clearly knows the store well and was able to answer questions and help without sending me all over the place. I also noticed how clean and organized everything was in the area he was working in. He was professional, efficient, and helpful to both customers and other employees.

I have been shopping here for a few years. Today I saw a price difference online when looking at specifications on an item. I ask why the difference in price. Truly just curious. The manager was very rude and started that she had to see proof that I was not lying about the difference. Then insinuated that I was trying to rip them off. Lowes DO BETTER!

herry to put order in computer and I spent over $800.00 and 2 were wrong when installer tried to.put up. Need to hire competent people that know their job. Very disappointed.

Call me at 6:58 am to tell me my delivery is on its way, be there in 20 minutes… received my receipt at 8:30 am, no delivery. Attempted delivery driver phone no answer. Called Lowe’s, told just have to wait. I was the first delivery, it’s been 2 hours and no update? Attempted to call for manager/ supervisor, no response, just hold music, they pick up, and immediately put back on hold. It’s now 9 am , my 20 minute delivery is still unknown with poor customer service and attitude given.we will not be purchasing from you again
** update- it was never even out in the truck for delivery!!! Do not use Lowe’s for delivery ever!!

Terrible customer service and communication from start to finish. I have been unable to have a MANAGER return my calls or emails about an update and they refuse to communicate!
I ordered and paid in full for two gates back in February. It is now June, and the company still cannot provide a clear installation timeline or get the project completed. Multiple emails, phone calls, and messages have gone unanswered, and getting any meaningful update has been nearly impossible.
I spoke with customer service several times, but no one seemed to know the status of my order or what was happening with the installation process. Every interaction resulted in more confusion and no solutions.
To make matters worse, I was recently informed that the company had terminated its entire installation team due to poor workmanship. While I understand that issues can arise, customers who have already paid thousands of dollars deserve proactive communication, honest updates, and a clear plan for resolution.
The lack of accountability, follow-up, and customer care has been extremely disappointing. After waiting more than four months with little progress and virtually no communication, I cannot recommend this company.
If you’re considering doing business with them, be prepared for delays, poor communication, and significant frustration. Stay away!

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
