Easy to reserve and very clean. I always felt comfortable using their storage units. My items were safe. My ultimate concern was the price. It started out low, then the price increases happened and in my opinion, they occurred more frequent than necessary. So they push customers out with their greed for the lust of money. If you have the money to pay, they are great.

I really enjoyed meeting Heather at ExtraSpace Storage. She was friendly and knowledgeable and she gave us a good tour of several units that were available. All storage units were clean and larger than I expected. It is well ventilated for climate control. I am wishing Heather good luck on her pie quest.

This was my first experience needing a storage unit and renting with Extra Space couldn't have been easier for me. The access code makes it simple to go in and out, even during off hours. The units are as well-maintained as one would expect a storage unit to be. My space was an interior climate controlled unit. I felt comfortable knowing all of my items were being very well protected. If you need storage space, I would recommend checking with Extra Space.

Even though the office were closed I still was able to get a unit with customer service, not even within the 24 hrs I get a call from manager welcoming me and asking if I needed any assistance. I been in different storage units in other states and this must be the first one to have a great welcoming and friendly environment.
