  Went to the store today to look at recliners. Phil G. helped us out. He was awesome! Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Some of the best customer service we have had in a long time. All around excellent experience!

  Rich K. at the mechanicsburg location was fantastic and amazing! He hooked me up and was able to get me the best of the best deals and his patience with me flying all around the store was amazing. Please request him any time you come into the Mechanicsburg Store. He needs a raise, and has made it a great process. I will go with him for my next purchase and you need to do as well. Thanks Rich! You are the greatest and kindest with patience.

  Steve and Mike were customer centric, and made me feel that my needs were the most important at that specific time. They both were very knowledgeable regarding their products, and treated me with the utmost respect. It’s a pleasure shopping at Raymour & Flanigan.

  Due to the breakdown of my current living room furniture, I was looking for a new set - sofa, loveseat and recliner. I decided to stop at Raymour Flanigan for the first time. The store was beautiful and had lots of gorgeous furniture to browse! RF Associate Stephen Catts warmly greeted me and led me to the living room sets based on my personal preferences. He was absolutely wonderful - very professional, extremely knowledgeable and quite personable. He responded immediately to all my questions (via later texts) with thorough answers. I ultimately found the perfect living room set and am now looking forward to delivery! I must say Mr. Catts was an absolute gem to work with and provided exceptional service - from the moment we walked in the door to the financing assistance to the final sale/delivery arrangements! I would also like to recognize the two wonderful ladies at the Customer Service Desk. They were lovely - very upbeat and helpful! What could have been a stressful experience was actually a delight …and I really appreciated it. Kudos to all!

  We had an outstanding experience at Raymour & Flanigan, thanks to our designer and sales consultant, Emily Alison. From the moment we walked in, Emily was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. She took the time to understand our style and helped us choose the perfect furniture for our new home. She never made us feel pressured and was always quick to respond to questions, provide updates, and accommodate our needs throughout the entire process. What really impressed us was Raymour & Flanigan’s delivery process. Because we purchased so much furniture, it arrived in multiple shipments, but everything was delivered within about a week. We appreciated receiving items as soon as they were available instead of waiting for the entire order to be complete. Unfortunately, we had the opposite experience with another furniture retailer. Despite having furniture sitting in their warehouse, we’ve had to fight just to get it delivered. That experience has made us appreciate Raymour & Flanigan’s customer service even more. If you’re furnishing a home, ask for Emily Alison. Her expertise, communication, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful process enjoyable. We absolutely love our new furniture and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Emily and Raymour & Flanigan.
