    Of all the places, never thought I’d have a bad experience at Lowe’s but that doesn’t actually surprise me considering the location. For some reason, unlike the Harrisburg location, the queue for returns appears to only really be accessible from the exterior entrance side, which creates confusion for customers already shopping inside the store, especially during bad weather. It’s those customers (who actually intend to spend more money) that are left awkwardly standing in the middle of foot traffic trying to determine where they are supposed to wait when there’s no line. Then there’s the associate who instead of just processing the exchange with the receipt, first tells me the register was “really only for returns” but proceeds to process them separately anyway. Overall, I won’t drive the 30 mins to this location ever again. What I needed wasn’t even in stock despite what it said online. And I had a much better experience 20 mins later at the Home Depot up the street where I was immediately acknowledged by a knowledgeable staff member who couldn’t give me what I needed, but gladly referred me to a local hardware store that would.

    Katie in the paint department delivered the best customer service I have ever had! After waiting on a long line of customers with a bright smile, she listened to my needs and took the time to help me find the exact paint color for which I was looking. She was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, kind, and positive. It was an outstanding experience!

    I have been coming to this store for over 20 years..Pro Desk associates are helpful. Im a contractor, so that's where I'm usually at. When I have a question, when in getting supply, I don't recall ever having a issue with bad attitudes from any associate..

    Big, clean, and we'll laid out. Lots of employees working, so it isn't hard to find someone to ask for help when looking for specific items. Big parking lot, but be careful as some of the speed bumps are a bit devious. There are frequently boyscouts, girlscouts, or other charity organizations at the exit door, so if you have social anxiety, might just want to be mindful of that. The store employees have always been friendly and willing to help in my experience.

    Initially loved my Fridge. I purchased March 22,2026. Came home April 27,2026 to pools of water and EVERYTHING defrosted,fridge freezer not working,at all. Called and customer service sent me back to Aplliances three times. Fi annoy after no answer she helped guide me. First year owning it,need to call Hisense. We have no number you can google it. So I did. Sent to a call center,which was a nightmare. After close to an hr on phone with him,accompanied by pointless trouble shooting,told may be another 24-48 hrs until we can find a tech in your area. Ummm ok,so now I know all 300 dollars of groceries in there is wasted. Then after a couple days,literally,and emailing and phone calls I talked to tech place.Was told 24-48 someone will call you to SET UP ,not fix,not remedy but set up an appointment . Here I am Friday May 1st,still waiting,food gone,fridge not working,1400 spent and it didn’t make it a month,what is even happening . Next time I go to the mom and pop place in my town.
