I sent them an email to get an estimate on some pool repairs. The phone number is provided was a current number that is awaiting a new phone bc samsung stop supporting security updates on the phone i had that number tied too. Goodall service tech shows up at my house without contacting me on confirming. I went over the items but had already hired someone else and half were completed. They left after 45 minutes doing no work but going over what I already had done. A monthly later I receive a estimate for one last job that I was going to consider the three estimates and go with best price and company review. I also received a bill for $300.00 for my pool heater that they didn't do anything to but attempted to turn it on. I called and the lady I spoke with in the main office kept saying that I owe for services provided but couldn't produce proof of me authorizing them to even come out. I refuse to pay for this shady practice of showing up without being confirmed by home owner and then sending a bill for a problem that is still not fixed. I am prepared to deal with this however they want to but I will not give them money for doing nothing.

***Wanted to give an update to my review below of Goodall pools.
I was able to speak with the service manager and he was very cordial and apologetic for the issues I have been having with them. He did place a reimbursement for the last fee I paid with them and I greatly appreciate that. But I don't believe I will ever use them again.
I am very dissatisfied with the service and attitude of Goodall Pools, both their service and customer service skills.
Had them open my pool this past spring. They stated we needed to add some water to the pool I asked if we should reschedule the opening I was told no but once it was running if we had issues call them back. Well, it has been one issue all summer we are losing water like crazy.
They came out said they fixed it. Still losing water, told them where I thought it was leaking. They said they think they found it. Ha ha joke on me called again this time told them what and where I thought we were loosing water. So they came out with a camera and supposedly pressurized the plumbing. The tech kept insisting it was my liner because there are wrinkles on the bottom. (Which have been there for 13 years). I explained we are only loosing water when the filter and pump are running. Said they would call me and come out with sonar and check the liner. Well that was on July 31st, no call. I have called them, no return calls.
I have since called two other pool companies, they pressurized the lines did some other testing and they found the leak. A big leak in the main line.
Amazing 2 other techs could find it and agreed it is not my liner.
Be careful if you use goodall, everytime you call they will automatically charge your credit card.
No attempt to try and make anything remotely right. Live and learn!!!

Vickey, an office employee, managed to screw up a simple pool closing. We live 1.5 hours away from the property where the pool is located. We moved and needed the pool closed. This information was to be passed on to the technicians closing the pool. IT WAS NOT. A few days before the scheduled closing she called and said they don't have chemicals. What kind of operation are they running? I said close the pool anyway. The day of closing the technician calls and said they will be there in a half hour. Obviously Vickery didn't do her job. It turns out the technician DID have the chemicals. I told him where the plugs were and we would not be there till 11am. Do yourself a favor and never hire these buffoons for pool services, do it yourself.

Erick Bollinger was our salesperson, and after getting quotes from multiple contractors, we were most impressed with what Goodall had to offer and what Erick did with that information. He came to our house, spent some time with us to talk about options, then provided us an estimate along with a computer-rendering of what our pool layout would look like in our actual backyard, with our house in the image and everything. Then construction started last Monday. Shawn was the crew chief, and he and his whole team were absolutely fantastic. They talked to us about the process and what our expectations should be, and they did a really great job. John was the one running the excavator and I swear that man was a magician with what he was able to do with such a large machine. I will 100% recommend Goodall to anyone looking to put in a pool. Now I just have to wait until we can swim in it!!
