Get only an email that the appointment has been rescheduled. Went one month without having g any service. We are supposed to have service every month from April til october. That does not happen. When the contract is up. We are done. Also we had requested to have something done about bees. My husband is allergic. The last time they were here. They gave him another bag and told HIM how to change it. Really. You want someone who's allergic to bees to change that. Get your priorities straight

Always inquire about areas of concern, keep me updated on arrival times, and send me pictures of everything they did. No bugs inside as a result. They are careful about leaving a wide berth around herbs and garden.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
