Gage did an outstanding job with our last treatment. We were a bit disappointed last month since the person only sprinkled a bit of ant bait around the house

We have been getting vwry upset with this company. We pay a certain amount then the price goes up and then back. They send a text to say when they will be here. Get only an email that the appointment has been rescheduled. Went one month without having g any service. We are supposed to have service every month from April til october. That does not happen.
When the contract is up. We are done.
Also we had requested to have something done about bees. My husband is allergic. The last time they were here. They gave him another bag and told HIM how to change it. Really. You want someone who's allergic to bees to change that. Get your priorities straight

These guys come to my home on a regular basis and mostly focus on outside: eaves, doors, windows, foundation. Very effective and friendly. Always inquire about areas of concern, keep me updated on arrival times, and send me pictures of everything they did. No bugs inside as a result. They are careful about leaving a wide berth around herbs and garden.

Aptive is amazing! We were experiencing trouble with hornets and wasps, along with stink bugs. Chris and team continue to do an excellent job at keeping them at bay. The service from sales to continued support is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I love that they message 40-60 minutes before arrival each month providing the opportunity to discuss any concerns (in our case wins). Would recommend this service to anyone looking to keep their property bug free.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
