- DCDebra Conrad3 days ago1.0I would not recommend using Aptive Pest Control. I have been with them a year and it was fine until my service in May. The tech was very unprofessional and when I was asked to complete a survey, they did not like my responses. Now they have "rescheduled" my latest appointment 3 times. Just a hassle. So I am paying them to be a Pro member and spraying my house with Home Defense.

Within the last 2 years I had Orkin, and Terminex but constantly had to request them to redo their work, never had a day when I was satisfied with their services. Everytime I called them to request service, they would get upset for doing their work as if they were doing me a favor. If I'm paying for a service, I expect results and not excuses. We always get ants every year around this time. And usually I can get rid of them. He sprayed inside and outside of our home. But this year I couldn't. I chose this company because the chemicals they use are pet and environmentally friendly. Just had to let it dry for 30 minutes. If you're in the market for pest control I highly recommend Aptive Pest Control!

Aptive came out to me when they were servicing my neighbor and they gave me a good deal to help me out. When they showed up they cleared the ants out for me. I almost forgot ants existed until my grandparents were also having the same problem with ant hills building up in their front AND backyard and so when I contacted them they were very considerate and also gave them a really good deal to be rid of the ants and the occasional rodent issue and they have now been satisfied with the service for 8 months now

If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
