We shopped at this store today, buying a lot of materials for building a deck. After leaving the checkout and getting into our car, we realized the bill was significantly inflated and didn't match what we had actually bought. We were overcharged by $349.00. The cashier, Linda, rang up 125 screws instead of 5; instead of paying $16 for them, we paid $349. Unfortunately, my husband didn't check what the cashier was scanning at the time. Linda actually had those 5 screws right in her hand. I don't understand how someone can be so thoughtless and make such a huge mistake. We immediately filed a complaint, and the cashier processed a refund to our credit card. Sadly, we didn't hear a single word of apology for the error. Not only is Linda incompetent and thoughtless, but she was also rude. I understand that mistakes happen, but you should apologize to the customer. We are very disappointed with this store. A warning to everyone: check everything.

Never again, useless and most unprofessional stuff, unreasonable arguments and none cooperative supervisors and managers..worst experience that I have...in my case, delivery truck went completely different location ( around 30 min drive), and it was not even my fault..how is it possible the same numbers and streets, zip code and state..but tbey still get address wrong such as areas Hawley and Lords Valley...the long story short, supervisor asked me to cancel my order and reorder again or wait until delivery company contact to me and schedule new appointment...sounds crazy...moreover, they put reason why they are not delivery my item..it is funny, but even I canceled my order right in the storè, I am still did not get a money back cause my new refrigerator is still inside delivery truck, and the Lowes will refund me at full amount only after fregerator is back to warehouse.Reason why they are not As I WAS ABSENT AT HOME...NO BODY APOLOGIZED, NO COMPENSATION.Guys DONT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY exactly at Matamoros Lowes...go to shopping anywhere else..
