I ordered a washer and dryer online. I got to the store about an hour after. I checked in at the front. They told he it hadn't been pulled yet and that i was 17th in the queue. I said ok, i can wait. I went back to the appliance section to look at what i had purchased while i waited. Elaineah asked if i needed anything. I told her that i had ordered and it hasn't been picked yet and that i was 17th in the queue. And just there to check out the washer and dryer i purchased. She said she would help me out. Within 10 minutes Elaine and Namir brought out my entire order for me, loaded it on my trailer and i was all set to go. They were very helpful and very friendly. Very much appreciated! Thank you!

My wife and I had finally settled on a washer and dryer. Earl was the most helpful Lowes employee I’ve ever met. He was informative and polite. He got us squared away with no hassle whatsoever. I cannot stress enough how awesome Earl was during the whole process.

We had a dryer ordered, but couldn’t be delivered for a few days. When it arrived, the drivers stated that they were 3rd party, brought the wrong set up for our new dryer, and one of the drivers spoke zero English. When asked about what we needed for the dryer, they just kept saying it would work, but offered no assistance, and left everything there. Overall - it’s probably better just to use your own pickup and rely on yourself, than to use their janky delivery service. They never hooked anything up like they were supposed to, just left my wife with everything including the old dryer.

This store has gone so far down hill. I never had such a problem giving a company a few grand for a product in my life. Went on a Friday night to buy a mower. Planned on using a check. After half an hour of farting around with a ‘new guy’ from lawn and garden / seasonal the cashier at customer service finally got to ringing us out. Check declined (funds were available). The cashier said she saved it as an order I could return and pay for it tomorrow . I called the bank Saturday morning to see if there was a ‘limit’ or something I had to increase. Nope Lowe’s uses a third party e-check verification system that won’t allow most ‘higher’ amounts. So I had the bank increase my check card limit for the day. Went to the store to pay for it and set up delivery. Well sure a mud no order in the system. Had pics of item id off the in stock mower outside. Full description from my Lowe’s app… new cashier could not find it to bill me out. Called a manager who never answered. Stood at the end of customer service and bought it off the app on my phone. I had to accept a later delivery date of course which was the entire reason for trying to buy it in person. None but the two older workers know anything about customer service. The install process my in laws just went through for a dishwasher took three months to get done and poor installing leaking water buckled their floor. No word on making that right neither from the installer from Virginia nor the store managers. This was my last straw I will pay more and buy local from now on. This store is a total joke from the untrained staff to the management to the crappy installers from three states away… go elsewhere. The little extra you pay will more than pay for your aggravation.
