My experience has been great. renting here and prices are the lowest in the valley. Chris the manager was super informative and very helpful. the app is great for entrance to the facility and management of your account. i also love that hours are very renter friendly.

I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage in Macungie. Chris was very helpful, kind, and explained everything clearly which made the whole process easy to understand. The facility is clean, well organized, and very easy to use. Overall, everything was smooth and I would definitely recommend this location.

This place is top notch. Their customer service is Awesome. Always clean and accessibility to our unit is simple. We had 2 units and we were able to consolidate into 1. The process of eliminating one was so simple. Hats off to the management and there entire crew.
