  We love Joe. He was very personable, professionable, and helpful. We have been using this storage facility for 10 years and we decided to move to a bigger unit. He found us a unit very close to our old one which made moving much easier. He called me back to remind me of our moving date without being pushy. I appreciate that. In addition, we were very happy with the agreed upon price.

  The original owner of the facility was bought out during my time renting there. Looks like they have a good set of plans and some were in action as I was clearing out. Good ideas for improving the facility, new doors all around, new gate. Joe is very personable, and helpful. I'm sure they'll do fine.

  I called the office and spoke with Joe regarding my questions about the recent changes. He was friendly, informative, and took the time to clearly explain everything while addressing all of my concerns. About a week later, I stopped by and had the chance to meet him in person—once again, he was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service.
