  The Lebanon team at Goodall has always been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable regarding our family pool and helping us to maintain it. I’ve been coming into the store for 8 years now, and always leave feeling comfortable with the chemical “plan”. Coupons are sent out for savings and points accrue with purchases to cash in for more savings which is nice. The team is able to guide me on what is best for our pool chemistry and remind me EVERY year as I know I ask the same questions (haha) about measurements. The team has always been kind and welcoming to my kids too. They are actually bummed if they know I am going into the pool store without them! We are thankful to have pool chemicals and assistance available nearby. I am thankful for the Lebanon, PA team and appreciate you ALL! 💙💙💙💙 Sprecher Family

  They generally care about getting you the right products to get your pool where it needs to be. And I didn’t feel like they sold us products we didn’t need. A+

  I had an outstanding experience thanks to Shelby the store Manager. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, patient, and genuinely eager to help. She went above and beyond to answer my questions, make sure I found exactly what I needed, and even offered helpful recommendations I wouldn’t have considered on my own. What really stood out was her professionalism and positive attitude, even while the store was busy. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about providing great customer service, and Shelby made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Because of their exceptional help, I’ll definitely be returning to this store and recommending it to others. Thank you again for such amazing service!

  I opened my pool today and took a sample of water into Goodalls. The very knowledgeable employee informed me that the pump needs to run in my pool for 48 hours before they can get an accurate reading. No Problem. I told her how green it was and she recommended 5 bags of shock and 16 oz. of algaecide. When checking the price of the small bottle (32 oz.) of algaecide, she informed me it was $34.99. I politely told her that I thought that price was too much and that I would get it elsewhere. I guess she got offended by me because as I was walking out the door, I heard her say "don't come back". My wife and I have invested at least $15,000 in the past decade with Goodall pools in Lebanon. They installed a new pool cover plus drilled anchors, a new pool pump, bought a $1000 Dolphin pool vac, and 9 years of pool closings at about $500 a pop, on top of all the chemicals we purchased from them through the years. Am I wrong for suggesting their chemicals are offered at an outrageous price in the state of our economy today?? I guess some other pool company will be collecting our $20,000 over the next decade. Goodbye Goodall's!
