  Randee was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and had a very methodical and distinct plan as to how to find the perfect mattress for me. I truly enjoyed interacting with her. She made sure all of my paperwork was accurately done and I understood all of the terms of my purchase. If you are planning on purchasing anything from R&F, in Langhorne, PA, go see Randee! She’s been there for 6 years for a reason.

  I came here to purchase a couch, not knowing what I wanted, and it took me a while to decide. This location has a large amount of options to choose from! Randee, my sales person, was unbelievably patient with me and sat with me as I was trying to decide. She is extremely knowledgeable and gave me great insight to each piece of furniture I looked at. When I finally found my couch, she kept in touch with me with updates and as it was delivered. I was so impressed, I went back to her 2 days later to order bedroom furniture, and my boyfriend purchased from her the day before. She was wonderful to work with and I will definitely be back. 10/10, 100% recommend you work with Randee and this location. Thank you for the great experience!

  Randee is phenomenal! She has a vast and in-depth knowledge of the products and is very easy to work with! I will not hesitate to do business with her again and highly recommend her for anyone looking for fast and thoughtful advice as well as professional sales assistance and a great experience in a normally frustrating task.

  I placed my order on February 15th, 2026. After many, many phone calls, run around a from staff members, and frustration as of June 23rd, 2026 I still do not have my full order. It took escalating to a manager in order to get a partial delivery of the crib and changing table. Thank goodness I did, as my little one was delivered over a month ago. This delay is unacceptable in regular circumstances, but is especially egregious for time sensitive nursery furniture. I placed my order three months on purpose and was quoted 6 weeks for delivery and installation. We are now at over four months with no recourse in sight.

  We were looking for a bed and possibly, a bedroom furniture set. The sales person, Sharon, worked with us very patiently and explained all the details of the different types of beds, bedding and price combinations of furniture plus bed/mattress. After some lengthy discussions and education, he purchased a bed mattress and bedroom furniture set and left satisfied that we had made the correct decision. My wife and I highly recommend Sharon the sales person as well as the wide variety of furniture available at Raymour & Flanigan.
