  Our salesperson was excellent. Our purchase was not a large one, but he treated us like we were buying the most expensive thing in the store. Great customer service! Highly recommend!!

  Excellent service from Zaire and Matt. Zaire was helpful and nice, without being pushy, and had the perfect suggestions that helped me purchase the best mattress for my needs. Matt went above and beyond during the purchase and delivery phase. I got my new mattress the next day! Overall, I was very pleased with the service at this RF Outlet store.

  I'm sitting here at 8:30 a.m. the day delivery is scheduled and still have not received a call with a time frame for delivery. I was told someone would call to advise approximately the expected time range would be. Not just 8 till 5. If that call had arrived my 4 would be a 5 on the survey.

  We had and absolutely terrible experience at a different furniture store, so we went to the raymour and flanigan outlet in langhorne, and Marybeth Baronofsky was the most friendly, not pushy, and knowledgeable furniture sales person we have dealt with! Top of the line customer service and the prices were even cheaper by hundreds! She made what could have been a very stressful situation seamless and easy! We Also only have to wait 3 days for delivery where at the other furniture store we were going to have to wait months. I will add pictures to this review once the furniture is delivered. Thank you Marybeth🫶

  After an absolute NIGHTMARE of an experience with Bob’s (worst delivery experience I’ve ever had in my life), I went here in hopes of not only finding a bedset, but to finally complete the move into my new home. Paola greeted us immediately, offering assistance and then politely waited as we browsed with no pressure. I found many options that fit my price range. I was honestly impressed with the quality and pricing while I was here. I made my choice, and sat with Paola to discuss delivery and payment. Everything was smooth, it was a simple process and Paola even gave me options that I never considered. If all goes well by the end of this week I will have my new home fully furnished and looking the way I’ve pictured in my mind. I want to thank Paola for her no pressure demeanor, honest communication, and really just for making me feel cared for as a customer. Highly recommend!
