    I ordered a new washer for my home from Lowes in Langhorne, PA. I told the salesman that my dryer would need to be moved in order to remove the old washer and install the new washer. I also let him know that the washer and dryer were at least 17 years old as they were in the house when I bought it. He said he would make a note on the work order to move the dryer. I also requested an afternoon appointment. I received multiple texts and phone calls confirming my appointment on the selected day with a window of 7:30 a.m. through 7:30 p.m. I replied to the texts and phone call stating that my appointment should be in the afternoon. I then finally got a text saying between 1:30 and 5:30. When the installer arrived on site (with body odor bad enough to chase away demons) he immediately said he couldn't do the install because he wouldn't move the dryer. He said it was a liability, I say it is incompetence...if you can't unplug and remove the vent and rehook them back up then maybe you shouldn't be doing this job. He also asked if I wanted the new washer left in my laundry room, I told him no. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager. Dan was no help at all getting the issue resolved. I told him to refund my money and that he lost a lifetime customer. He was fine with that, didn't try to make any effort in resolving the issue. I called Home Depot to find out if they would move the dryer in order to install the washer. Donna told me they did with hers but wanted to call her installation team to make sure. She called me back a short time later to let me know she did verify that they would. I headed right over to order the washer. When I was getting ready to head out the door someone else from Lowes called, I told them not to worry about it I was going elsewhere and let her know they lost a lifetime customer. To sum it up, don't tell customers what they want to hear when making a major purchase and then not delivering on your promises. Shame on you Lowes for wasting my time and energy.

    They have a lot of beautiful plants and flowers but unfortunately they are just a wilted bunch of plants. Most of them are so dry. They are dying. Thats too bad.

    I find the staff in this location very helpful and friendly. They always welcome me with my dog. Overall, good service and good people.

    NONsense curb side pickup for 10 bags of mulch I ordered 10 bags of mulch online and specifically wanted curb side pickup. I waited 10 mins after check-in at curbside pickup place, GUESS WHAT I GOT? A receipt delivered at curbside. I was asked to drive to a central loading place to get the 10 bags. I could have paid for them and got the receipt in 3 mins at store. Very disappointed.
