  Tatiana was absolutely wonderful for us. She was patient and gave us the space needed to make a decision. We were surprised by not only the quality of recliner but also the fabric selection options!

  Kevin Johnson was very helpful and courteous. He helped us find the Lazy Boy recliner and a large rug that fit our needs. We will be sure to visit the Lazy Boy Langhorne PA. Store for our future needs for other furniture.

  We purchased 2 leather recliners at a very good -- great -- sales price. The in-store salesperson was very helpful -- attentive and informative, but not "pushy".. The order once placed took slightly less than the expected 8 week time frame cited to arrive and they were beautifully made, while all of the electronic features worked properly. Additionally, the delivery service men were extremely careful of the recliners. They unboxed them, put them together (the recliners arrived in a couple separate sections), reviewed the electronics to me and had me test all features before they moved on. It was an excellent experience top to bottom. Years ago, in another state, I had purchased a sofa and wing chair recliner. The quality was top-notch then as well. Lazyboy will remain on my radar when in need of furniture again.

  We needed to replace our current L-Z-Boy and went to the Langhorne Pennsylvania store. We had a 20% credit from the warranty on our current recliner and the store had a 30% off sale, so we were able to purchase a new recliner for almost half price. Kevin, the store manager couldn’t have been more knowledgeable or helpful. I might also add that he was very patient as I took quite some time picking out the right recliner and then choosing the fabric. I was very pleased with the entire process. Now I will eagerly wait the six weeks until it is ready for delivery. A very satisfied customer, Linda Stern from Newtown, Pa.

  I had a wonderful experience shopping for my new family room furniture at Lazy Boy!!! The staff was so helpful and understanding. The designer came to my home, measured the entire area and took pictures so that I could see how the furniture would look in the room when I came back to the store for my design appointment. Originally I thought about purchasing a sofa and loveseat because I didn’t think I had the room for a sectional. Once I sat down with the designer and she pulled up a 3D design of my family room, I was able to see exactly how the different styles of furniture would fit in the room. I decided to purchase the sectional because I have had a sofa and loveseat for 16 years and I was ready for a new look. Next I had to decide on the material and color which took some time because there were so many options to choose from. I never felt pressured or rushed by the staff. They wanted me to feel satisfied with my final choice. It will take approximately 6-8 weeks for my new custom furniture to be delivered to my home. Thank you Lazy Boy staff for you patience and understanding. It was a pleasure doing business with you!!!
