  Christina was excellent! I love that while there are many employees working, we aren’t hounded. Christina greeted us and we let her know we knew what we were looking for and that we wanted to browse for a bit. We told her we’d come find her once ready and she gave us her card. Once we were ready, she answered our questions and helped us check out. It was a very smooth process.

  Shannon is the perfection of a salesperson. She listened when I said I wanted to look around on my own and did not follow me. She answered several questions and did not push me to make a purchase. The second day, Shannon assisted in finding the three I wanted to check again. Once more, she did not prod me into buying. I returned a third time to purchase my favorite one. She should be commended on being an excellent salesperson.

  First time at Raymour and Flanigan furniture at the Park City Mall in Lancaster county was a very pleasant experience. From the layout of the store to customer service, everything was exceptional. We did not feel pressured by salespeople. when we walked into the store. You were approached by Abdul, he gave us his name as we looked around. Around he checked on us periodically with no pressure. His customer service was impeccable. We will definitely be back to shop at raymore and flanigan again.

  Went there on a Friday ordered a 3600.00 mattress. Sales person Denise king was wonderful. The two behind the service desk not so much. That promise next day delivery on mattresses over 500 dollars. The guy behind the desk seemed to pretend to call delivery and then told us they couldn’t deliver until Wednesday.the woman behind the desk was rude to our sales lady because she gave us free delivery and a 300.00 gift card which was approved by the manager but apparently wasn’t protocol. So I think that’s why they were putting our delivery 5 days out. I did call next day and they moved the delivery up for me so thanks to melody who answered the phone and changed the order. All in all good experience except for the 2 at the sales desk

  I found a very nice mattress and the sales man talked to me, listened to what I was looking for and showed me a few options and I took my time doing so. I was very picky and the guy understood that and was patient. I didn't feel rushed or forced to buy anything which is nice. I even went all out and bought a bed frame that rises and lowers the bed for anti snore and massages your body too. It was a very nice experience. I bought from raymour and Flanagan before and both times I was happy and is still happy with my first purchase.
