  I had an excellent experience at this store! Tom was super helpful and knowledgeable about the product. We found an amazing and comfortable sofa set that we cannot wait to get in our home. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new sofa!

  Brad Rousch provided excellent thoughtful and thorough support when we ordered. We had one accent chair specially covered and it all went very smoothly. My wife and I are very happy with it. The delivery team was very pleasant, kind, and helpful in getting it all set up. Offered to change as we sensed something needed moving to another spot. Everyone was very easy to work with and kind. A positive experience!

  Abdul greeted me with a smile and put me at ease. He answered all of my questions, showed me how to measure the space, and spent quality time with me! I bought a sectional couch and a new amazing bed! ( after I went to my new house and measured) I will definitely go back even if it is just to say hi to Abdul!!

  I went in just to “look around” and somehow walked out with a new sofa set and a mattress, and a sales consultant “Abdul Waris” now knows more about my living room than my family does! 😂 he was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and somehow managed to make spending money feel like a great life decision. If you need furniture, ask for this guy but hide your credit card first! 😆

  I’m extremely disappointed with our experience at the Raymour & Flanigan in Park City Lancaster. My friend was led into applying for the store’s credit account without fully understanding that they were opening a credit card. They were under the impression they were simply going through the financing options not signing up for a credit card. I understand that financing options are part of furniture sales, but customers should be given a clear and unambiguous explanation that they are applying for a credit account, especially when that application can result in a hard credit inquiry and a new account appearing on their credit report. This was a serious lack of transparency, particularly for customers who aren't familiar with how store credit cards work. Financing should never feel like something that was slipped into the purchasing process without the customer fully understanding what they were agreeing to.
