  The Park City Mall location had many options of living room furniture. Denise Taveras approached us when we walked in. Explained the sale and then let us be to look around. We like when the sales people don’t harass us when we are browsing. I think most customers prefer that. After we found a sofa set we liked we made sure to go back to Denise to finish the sale. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to work with, explained everything and completed our sale. Looking forward to our new furniture. We’ve bought furniture from raymour and flannigan about 2 years ago and everything is still going strong. Thank you Denise!

  We visited the store this July 4th just to walk around and look at sofas for the future. Abdul Waris approached us and was very respectful when we told him we were just watching; he let us know that he would be happy to help if we needed anything, asked if we were looking for something specific, and showed us some sofas when we mentioned that was what we were interested in. We mentioned that we were from New York, and he assured us right away that it wasn't an issue. He was so kind and found us such great deals that we bought the sofa without hesitation; we even agreed to contact him in a couple of months to buy a bed and a bunk bed. If he hadn't helped us, we wouldn't have made the purchase—we had only gone in to browse—but his friendliness and professionalism made us stay.

  My family came in here looking for a new dining room table. The one we have is slowly falling apart in the worst way. The sales person who came to help was very nice, not at all pushy and told us about all the current discounts and savings. While we didn't purchase anything, I know we'll be coming back when we're ready. The quality does seem a step up from Bob's where all of our current furniture is from, and seems like it'll hold up better over time. Of course, I can't personally speak to the quality, as we have yet to test, so I will update once we make a purchase. This review is based solely off the customer service and experience in the store.

  Our sales rep. Shannon Hobson, was outstanding. She was personable & knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what we needed/wanted then made a recommendation. She readily took us to another bed to try for comparison. She showed us several pillows. She then showed us several frames with headboard & footboard. After looking at the beds, we looked at writing desks. Shannon looked throughout the store for a desk my wife had seen online so that my wife didn’t have to walk (she uses a walker). We bought a mattress w/ adjustable platform, frame w/ headboard & footboard, and pillows.

  Tom Moyer was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly during my visit. He wasn't overbearing, gave me browsing time, and was so kind to my niece who was with me. He didn't rush me and was very transparent about pricing and deals going on. He even brought waters over to us when I was finalizing measurement details on the phone. I would send anyone thinking about going furniture shopping to Tom!! Since my selection wasn't a custom order, my delivery was scheduled 5 days from the day of purchase. I'm so excited to get it! I will update my review after delivery. Delivery update: the tracker was nice to have to see how far away the truck was. The delivery did come about 30 minutes after the estimated 3 hour window. I noticed they were at the same light for about 30 minutes and I called the store to see if they were alright. The customer service person was nice and prompt with figuring out what the hold up was. The actual delivery was quick and efficient. I showed them where the couch was go, they unwrapped and assembled the couch within 10 minutes. They were friendly and I don't have any complaints. *** Please note they do not take old sofas. You will have to arrange disposal of your old furniture, but my salesman gave me a list of local businesses that could take it.
