I am a handicapped person and I happened to stop in on Friday around 2pm to get a few things, but since I cannot walk I needed a scooter. Unfortunately, the scooter was dying already and I happen to make it to the customer service and there was a lady with brownish hair and maybe in her 40's just standing there doing nothing. " I asked her if there were any other scooters around"? She told me. to go outside and look for them myself. Now mind you I cannot walk!!!! I have never seen anyone so Rude and Nasty like this lady was. AND SHE WORKS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE?!!!!! ..I THINK SHE NEEDS TO BE RE-TRAINED BEFORE SHE SAYS THE WRONG THING TO THE WRONG PERSON. I TOLD HER I WILL NOT BE BACK AND STATED "SUIT YOURSELF. I WISH I KNEW HER NAME AND THE NUMBER TO CORPORATE OFFICE. EVEN THOUGH THIS LOWES IS CLOSE TO WHERE I LIVE, BUT ENCOUNTERING THE RUDENESS I RATHER TRAVEL TO ANOTHER LOWES EVEN IF I HAVE TO DRIVE 50 MILES.

Avoid the East Lancaster store like the plague. Had an associate at West Lancaster call the East Lancaster store for availability to cut window blinds. The woman who picked up left our associate on hold and never returned. The West Lancaster associate called back only to be told that she was too busy and didn't have time to deal with us and then hung up on our associate. I then called East Lancaster because I needed the blinds today and they put me on hold and never picked back up. Every attempt to call back after that resulted in being disconnected as soon as it would ring through to an associate. It's clear that this store is not ran with any type of customer service in mind and whoever answered in home decor today should have a job where speaking to others is not a requirement.

I was looking for brown mulch, and their stupid chatbot said that they had over two hundred bags of brown mulch down at their store. I drove ten miles in heavy traffic to get there, only to find out that they don't have any at all. And when I asked for the manager to tell him about it, he just muttered some half-assed apology and walks away. Doesn't offer to do anything to make it right.

We went for mulch early on Tuesday morning. We were told all the 'young' employees were not in yet so we had to do it ourselves. It was pretty much if you want it get it yourself. We will be using other stores going forward. Customer service is just not the same.
