We got 40% off the entire purchase, so it was the perfect time to buy! Our salesperson, Kim, was one of the most patient and sweetest people we’ve ever met. She answered all our questions, showed us all our options, and did not rush or pressure us at all. She stayed past close on a Sunday evening to help us complete our purchase. Our Sactional arrived in less than 2 weeks. We wanted a couch that we could customize, that had a good warranty, and something that was built to last. It was quite time consuming to assemble with lots of empty boxes, but we LOVE the finished product! I ended up going back to the store to purchase throw pillows for my new couch, and the employees and service was fantastic. So many options to choose from and lots of clearance items. I would recommend Lovesac to anyone in the market for a new couch that will last!
