I told we need pet friendly furniture we have two dogs. We had looked at two other furniture stores and could not find anything that would fit our needs and budget. Dylan showed has perfect furniture even got a great clearance rug to it all together. The furniture quality and comfortable and design just perfect with a nice piece tag. Dylan so helpful great store and friendly staff.
- GJGerard JenningsJul 30, 20261.0We purchased a powered lift chair from this store. When it arrived a week later the chair smelled like a taxidermy shop. The formaldehyde odor was so strong we had to leave the chair in the garage. We contacted the store and they said it should dissipate in 3 to 7 days. When I called back, they told me the only thing they could do was pick up the chair for $100 and a 30% restocking fee. This chair cost over $2000. Oh - corporate offered no additional help. It has now been 4 months and while the odor has lessened, it still smells too strong to sit in the chair. We have put it outside on nice days hoping the warmer temperature and wind would speed up the off-gassing. We have purchased many items from La-z-boy over the years and never had this problem. They have switched from using plywood to chipped wood which has much more formaldehyde in it. One more thing, you have 3 days to cancel the sale - 3 days from when you order the item, not from when you receive it. Buyer beware!
