  Goodall installed an in-ground salt water fiberglass pool , built a retaining wall around the pool area, did some extra concrete work around the pool, installed our fencing, and landscaped the side and back yard after completion. All I can say is that the entire process was extremely well done and well coordinated. It was fantastic having one team responsible for the entire project from end to end. They did all of the discussion with the Township as well as the entire permitting process.From our initial planning, designing, and building a budget with our salesperson Liz Brennan (who was excellent, highly recommend), the the construction, landscaping , and final training it was an amazing process. Communications throughout the process was excellent , and the people doing the work and the supervisors were top notch. We knew exactly what we wanted as this was our third pool , and Goodall listened and delivered perfectly .They used high end equipment in the pack and didn't cut corners and also installed a remote system that is driven from a phone app and it works flawlessly. Thee equipment keeps the pool spotless, and the salt water/chlorination system is excellent. They even threw in a good Dolphin robotic pool cleaner. From start to finish (initial dig to full final landscaping) was about a 2.5 month process , although we were able to swim sooner than that. That's a good timeline for completion of such a project. The day after they seeded and graded we had a massive storm that put down 4.5 inches of rain in an hour, and washed out gullies and all of the new grass seed. Well, Goodall came back and fixed everything and reseeded with no extra charges. All in all, we are incredibly pleased with the work they did and the quality of the materials and workmanship, they really went out of their way to make us happy and satisfied. I would highly recommend Goodall , we had high expectations as this was our third pool , and Goodall delivered!

  Tyler at the Lancaster retail store is fabulous. He is knowledgeable on everything related to pools, and he has provided instructions and tips that go far beyond what is listed in the pool analysis sheets. He also has remained patient with the many questions I have presented as a relatively new pool owner.

  Had been with another natioanl pool company for years. Great in store but horrific service. Zach and John have been out several times and you have a customer for life. They are extremely professional and easy to work with. You have a customer for life.

  We ended up with a lovely pool. We went with a fiberglass Clear Comfort pool and we are so happy with it. Our guests have without exception enjoyed it. We had some issues with zoning and a LOT of rock but, they got the job done and it is better than I imagined it would be. Thanks to Liz, Dan, and the team that got it all done.
