- RFRon FayewiczAug 8, 20261.0I've been dealing with them for a while now at first everything was going good and then overtime they start showing their true colors. They sold me a bad battery and I went to return it and they gave me a hard time about it saying that there's something wrong with my mower that's draining the battery. Just so they wouldn't have to replace it. I took the battery they gave me to the dealer where I bought my Exmark commercial mower and they tested the battery and it had 11 cranking volts cold start which means the battery is dead or a cell is dead. This is the last time I'll be wasting my time with these guys. Horrible customer service
