  Evelyn was amazing showed us each and every bed and gave a full run down on what each bed brought to the table and showed the ins and outs of each one. She had the best customer service ever if you come here to purchase make sure you ask for her she’s the best!

  Where do I even begin?! My husband and I’s experience was beyond exceptional. We recently moved to DE from VA and we have been looking for a new mattress for some time now. On a whim, we decided to take the drive up to King of Prussia to check out some mattresses. When we walked in, we had our minds made up we were going to make a large purchase today. The only thing that would have changed our minds would have been the lack of a good customer service experience. Well let me tell you, as soon as we walked in, Shanea was right there, immediately greeted us, and talked to us as if we were in the right place. I can’t tell you how many times I have walked into a store intending to make a large purchase and I’m treated as if I couldn’t possibly be in the store because I’m not the right complexion nor wearing every designer brand imaginable. My husband and I are very low key and we don’t flaunt what we have. Back to Shanea, she is a gem and temper-pedic made the right decision having her as an integral part of their sales team and management overall. Although we knew that she was locked in to close a sale, she didn’t make us feel pressured into buying something we really didn’t want. I also want to send a shoutout to her Team Leads, Reggie and Evelyn. While we were there, they had their own customers and were respectful to us with their requests for us to share the floor model so that other customers could try the mattress we were looking to purchase. They may not have realized we were paying attention to that, but we were. If we needed to buy another mattress or any accessories, we would feel comfortable making that purchase with them as well.

  I had an outstanding experience at Tempur-Pedic, and it was all thanks to the incredible team. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. Shanea was absolutely exceptional. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, patiently answered every question, and explained the differences between the mattresses in a way that made the decision easy. At no point did I feel pressured—she truly wanted to help me find the perfect mattress for my needs. Thanks to her expertise and guidance, I purchased my dream Tempur-Pedic bed, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I also want to recognize Reggie and Evelyn, who were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout the entire process. They made sure my wife and I felt right at home from beginning to end, creating an atmosphere that was comfortable, relaxed, and enjoyable. It’s clear this team genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in providing an exceptional experience. Buying a mattress is a major investment, and this team made it one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. Shanea, Reggie, and Evelyn are tremendous assets to Tempur-Pedic. If you’re looking for outstanding customer service and people who truly care about helping you make the right decision, this is the team to see. Highly recommended!

  Shanea was very helpful when we went in. Every question I’ve had, she answered perfectly and very willingly. Would recommend coming here again.

  The company did not honor its warranty. After a year of back and forth, they are relying on a photo of the $7,000+ (!!!) mattress set. There is no way possible that a photo can recreate the experience of a 6’3” human being. If I want to roll from one side to the other, it is literally like rolling up a hill (no kidding). I have a medical device I would like to keep on the bed, but can’t because it rolls from the other side down to my side. I have asked for an inspection but they will not do it. This purchase is a tremendous regret and I feel very disrespected as a customer.
