  I had a great experience thanks to Mary Ellen. She was friendly from the moment I walked in, went out of her way to accommodate what I needed, and handled everything with real professionalism. She was never pushy, just helpful and knowledgeable. She made the whole process easy, and I'd gladly come back because of her. Highly recommend asking for her.

  I had an excellent experience at Raymour & Flanigan, and I especially want to recognize Mae for her outstanding customer service. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing my mattress. Mae took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions clearly, and helped me make the right choice without ever making me feel pressured or rushed. Her friendly personality, attention to detail, and professional approach made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.   Gail at KOP is exceptional!!! She was sooo helpful providing information and options for exactly what we were looking for in our living room. She even gave us things to think about that we had not considered. She's an excellent resource!! And she had a beautiful sales approach without any pressure, just support. Thank you!

  Brett was amazing! He was very patient and helpful while assisting me with my bedroom and living room furniture purchases. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my selections and never made me feel rushed.   DO NOT ORDER FROM RAYMOUR & FLANIGAN Raymour & Flanigan is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We bought a couch 2 years ago, along with many other pieces of furniture, and it recently broke (to no fault of ours, there was a structural issue). I submitted a claim, which the incompetent worker on the phone forgot to submit, so I had to follow up to check the status of our claim. The 2nd woman I spoke to was very helpful and helped me navigate the process to ensure the claim was received. Fast forward to a few days later and they email me explaining that nothing can be done and we would have to buy a brand new couch. The service department (and I use the term service very loosely) directed me to the showroom in order to receive guidance. The showroom then directed me to speak to the manager (Steve). After receiving a textbook explanation about their policy, he then directs me back to the customer service department (This is the point I begin to realize that nobody actually does their job at this company…they just redirect you to another department). After 7 very frustrating interactions (the extremely rude woman on the final phone call made sure to let me know that I had called 7 times to bring this up in the last month), they repeated their textbook explanation and that there was nothing they were going to do for me. We are expected to pay full price for a brand new couch, after only 2 years of owning our current one. This was the absolute worst experience and will not be spending our money here again.
