  Do NOT waste your money at Raymour & Flanigan, especially on their so-called “Platinum Protection Plan.” The entire thing feels misleading and worthless once you actually need to use it. When they sold us the furniture and protection plan, we were clearly told that ANY damage within the 5-year coverage period could be repaired or replaced. That promise is the only reason we agreed to pay extra for the plan in the first place. Fast forward almost 5 years later — with only about 3 months left before expiration — we finally needed service for damage that only recently happened. Before this, there was absolutely no reason for us to file a claim because the furniture was fine. The moment we contacted them, we got thrown into a nonstop back-and-forth between the store and customer service. Nobody wanted to take responsibility. Now suddenly we’re being told the damage is “too severe,” “not repairable,” and that the protection plan basically doesn’t apply. So what exactly was the point of paying extra for “protection” if they can simply deny it when it matters most? It honestly feels like they say whatever they need to say to sell the plan, then hide behind excuses and loopholes later. Extremely disappointing customer service and a complete waste of money. I would strongly recommend buying furniture somewhere else and avoiding the protection plan entirely.

  Came in to look for furniture and was helped by Dave R who was great! He was attentive and helpful and actually seemed interested in us as customers. Great experience. Clean showroom and would overall recommend this store to everyone.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Excellent service! Tony, the salesman at Raymour & Flanigan, was incredibly helpful in choosing the perfect bed frame and mattress. He wasn’t pushy, took the time to go over all the details, and was kind and truly cared about what we were looking for while answering all of our questions. He got us a great price, and everything arrived quickly. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend him to others!

  I had a great experience at Raymour & Flanigan thanks to Tony. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. He wasn’t pushy at all, just genuinely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Tony made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and helping me find exactly what I needed within my budget. You can tell he actually cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending him to others. 5 stars all the way!

  So to start off we actually love this couch. It is made very well. The color was exactly what we wanted. When we first ordered it from the King of Prussia store Gail was helpful. She told us that it would take 3 weeks to receive it. Both my husband and I heard her say this. 2 and a half weeks later we get rid of our old couch making room for the new couch. As we hit the three week mark my husband called the store to get an exact date. Gail talked to my husband in a disrespectful tone and told him that she would never say that and he should not have gotten rid of the old couch. Honestly waiting 3 months for a piece of furniture is a first world problem. We could still celebrate the holidays sitting on the floor with our family. My dilemma lies in the fact that once Gail got her commission, she did not feel the need to be kind to her customers. This is a great couch, but our next piece of furniture will not be purchased at the King of Prussia Raymour and Flanigan.
