- GAGina AndersenMay 13, 20265.0We are using the storage space to store college dorm room items for the summer. This was very easy to book. The space is super secure and bright. Customer service is also great, after I booked the unit someone called to see if I had any questions. I would recommend to others!
- TLThu LeMay 9, 20261.0I reserved a small space & cancelled within the allowed free cancellation period. It took 3 phone calls to cancel. 1 day after the refund, they charged my card again. They are very expensive & tend to hike their price depending on demand. So if their capacity decreased, they not only increased the price for new rentals but also the price of the current rentals too. Last year when they charged me for a month and I let them know well in advance that I will terminate my rental 1 wk into the month, they kept the whole month rental price. They said I needed to explicitly request for them to prorate the 3 remaining wks for refund. It apparently does not make sense that I want a refund of the remaining unused rental.

A huge thank you to the manager, Tyler, who went above and beyond by personally calling me to answer all of my questions. It’s rare to find that level of proactive customer service. Great facility and even better management. Highly recommend this location! 5-star experience!

Located off S Henderson Rd in King of Prussia I was very kindly greeted by Will who took me to as many units as I wanted to see, answered all my questions (no matter how neurotic or simple they were!) with the utmost knowledge, and helped me find the best deal on my unit! When I originally called to inquire about getting a storage space from their call center, not even 5 minutes after my request was put in the manager Tyler called me to confirm my request to view a unit! Tyler was very kind, helpful, and made my appointment request process seamless. The building itself is like Fort Knox and I feel so safe storing my items with this location! If you need a climate controlled storage unit, I could not recommended this location and their employees enough!
