  DO NOT PURCHASE FROM RAYMOUR & FLANIGAN. I paid in full for furniture that Raymour & Flanigan failed to fully deliver for approximately six weeks. During that time, their communication and customer service were completely unacceptable. Sales person Mohammad Mustaffa was complete and utterly no help at all. He kept saying.that he would get the furniture there as soon as possible but didn’t. I repeatedly contacted them looking for answers, was given the runaround, received inconsistent information, and had to continuously chase them for furniture that had already been fully paid for. After six weeks of delays and frustration, I spoke with August Ranalli. Rather than taking responsibility for the company’s failures or attempting to resolve the situation professionally, August Ranalli personally threatened me during our interaction. Let that sink in: I was the customer. My furniture was paid for. They failed to deliver it for six weeks. I spent weeks chasing them for answers, and when I became understandably upset and frustrated, I was threatened by a representative of the company. That is beyond unacceptable. This was not simply a delayed delivery or a bad customer service experience. Raymour & Flanigan failed to deliver what I purchased, failed to communicate appropriately, repeatedly gave me the runaround, and then allowed the situation to escalate to the point where I was personally threatened. A customer should never be threatened because they are demanding answers about merchandise they already paid for. Once Raymour & Flanigan had my money, getting basic communication, accountability, and the furniture I purchased became an exhausting battle. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM RAYMOUR & FLANIGAN. How a company treats you when something goes wrong tells you far more than how they treat you while they are trying to make the sale.

  Mohammed M. was great he didn't try to oversell me. He listened to what I was looking for in a mattress. He heard my budget and kept me as close as possible but heard my sleep style and let me feel different mattresses from the brand I wanted to allow me to really feel the differences

  We walked in and were greeted by Rodney. We told him what we were looking for and the guy delivered. That's the way every interaction at a furniture store. OUTSTANDING!! can't wait until Tuesday to give that recliner a real world test drive!!

  I had such a wonderful experience at Raymour & Flanigan, and especially enjoyed working with Nancy! She was incredibly patient, accommodating, and genuinely invested in helping me make the best choice for my money. I never felt pressured to make a decision. Instead, she took the time to answer my questions, provide helpful information, and make sure I felt confident in my purchase. That level of care and customer service truly stood out to me. I’m excited for my delivery and look forward to returning here!

  We purchased the Suzanne couch from Mohammed. He was so lovely to work with and didn’t get annoyed with me when it took me a hour to decide between two couches. He sat with me, employed some psychology to help me decide, and was so nice to our 7 year old. Ask for Mohammed if you decide to purchase at Jenkintown. Our couch was ordered on Saturday and delivered today (Tuesday). The delivery people were quick, efficient, and very helpful. We had a tight space to get the couch down the basement and these guys moved the kitchen table, took the basement door of the hinge and were very gentle with our home and the furniture. Chef recommends!
