  Delivery is tomorrow but the buying experience was top notch. Our salesman Jonathan pointed us in the right direction towards material( chose leather), style and price.. when we picked what we wanted we asked if there was anything else he thought would work. He was very upfront and said that in keeping within our budget we picked the best product(s) and he knew we would be very satisfied with our choice - sofa and power recliner... very much appreciated!

  I drove further away to this Raymour & Flanagan in Jenkintown PA to have a top tier experience with Nancy. Not only did she give us superior customer service and knowledge of the product but she made sure we were respected, listened to and comfortable with the purchase we were making. The manager also made our visit very welcoming and made sure we were well taken care of. We previously visited the store on Cottman & Castor in Philadelphia in which we received terrible customer service from the actual manger. My sister, my dad and myself were looking to purchase a recliner for our dad as a Father’s Day gift, so we were shopping around and ended up at Raymour, my dad found the perfect chair and we were prepared to pay top dollar for anything he chose. We asked what was the best price and said we would be paying cash, the manager scoffed at that and said well that doesn’t matter we get paid as soon as you walk out the door. The rudeness behind the comment made our decision easy to leave and go elsewhere. Ultimately my dad still wanted the Starlight so we called another which ended up being the best decision we made. Kudos to Sheldon and his team, they absolutely know how to treat their customers. My family and will be back to give them business when we are needed of any kind of furniture. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🙂
