  This place is hands down the best for your hot tub needs! Tama went above and beyond for me while I was ordering a new hot-tub cover. I placed an order which she was helpful with and then called me a week later that she had one in stock, at a cheaper price and offered me a refund! I will continue to do business here forever. Regardless of convenience or price just because of this experience of her and the honest staff at this spring dance location!

  Rob came out to fix our hot tub yesterday, he was fantastic. he was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was clear about what he was doing the entire way.

  We love our Hot Spring Grande hot tub. Our salesman (William) was excellent, very knowledgeable and professional. He recommended the salt system and we love how easy it is to maintain. I highly recommend Spring Dance (Jamison) and all their staff!

  I stopped in to purchase a pack of salt cartridges and some granulate (about a $500 purchase). There was one customer ahead of me receiving a detailed consultation about hot tub maintenance. I waited about seven minutes while they continued their discussion, and during that time the customer was also gathering items from the shelves that were recommended. I understand the importance of providing thorough service. However, my transaction would have taken less than 60 seconds to complete, especially during the moments when the other customer was walking the aisles to grab items. The store lost a $500 sale because they were unwilling to pause the consultation briefly to ring up a waiting customer. I try to support local businesses, but it's so much easier to order online. TL;DR: If you stop in for a quick purchase and the person in front of you has a pen and paper out, plan on waiting.
