- SBSean Blevins3 days ago5.0Worked with Jim. He was wonderful in helping our mother with dementia find a lift chair. Very kind and patient with her .
- ASAngie ShowersOct 5, 20265.0Our salesman Jim was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The furniture we chose was in stock which was another plus for us. We would highly recommend you look here for any future furniture needs. Their prices are highly competitive.
- BGBryant GreenOct 3, 20265.0We've been loyal Smith Village Home Furnishing customers for many years, and there's a reason we drive past about a dozen other furniture stores to shop here. The quality, the selection, and especially the people keep us coming back. Recently, we had a warranty issue with a piece we were otherwise very happy with. Problems like this can turn into a headache, but Smith Village handled it professionally and with real integrity from start to finish. They listened, took ownership, and made it right without any runaround. We never felt like just another transaction. These days, that kind of service is hard to find, and we're truly grateful for how they handled it. It only confirmed what we already believed. Smith Village stands behind what they sell and the customers they serve. We'll be back for many years to come. Thank you!
