This is our second positive experience with ESS. Alana is just as helpful as Derek was in Jersey. The facility again is immaculate. And now with the app, you don't even have to memorize your access code to get in. My husband and I specifically looked for an ESS in the area, even though there's a Public Storage right around the corner from where we'll be. We had the WORST experience with PS and will never store a single thing at any PS ever again. Thank you ESS for caring. Please don't ever change your business model. No matter where we move we will only store our belongings at ESS.
