Today is move-in day and Casey is awesome! I asked to change to another unit and she was patient and knowledgeable. She explained to me the difference in costs, provided me options and pointed out everything I have to know about the unit. She showed me how to use the app and lock very patiently.
I definitely recommend this facility to everyone who needs extra storage. Awesome customer service, very clean facilities, great convenience and very secure too.

We rent space at the facility in Doylestown. I received a call that our lock was not properly fastened so the door could be opened. I appreciate that the manager noticed it, I was notified, and then able to secure the lock quickly!
