    The phone rings at least 40 times, when someone picks it up they lay it down cause I can hear them waiting on the other customers 🤷🏽‍♀️. I need to speak to someone to return a dead plant with my receipt.

    Why do they sell clothes here? Your employees say they’re unable to get the saw to cut the store bought lumber there fixed yet somehow there’s a budget for clothes & dog toys? This store sucks.

    I waited for 20 minutes in the bathroom vanity section for help and NOBODY ever came after they called for someone. 3 Managers were standing around the front doing nothing but chatting with each other and when I asked for help they informed me the ONE guy who could help was “at lunch!” Ok…I’ll go to Home Depot thanks ):

    They screwed up a dishwasher pickup & installation, which I only learned about after calling them to follow-up after my 3-hour service window had lapsed. Scheduled the service for the following week and when I called halfway through my 3-hour service window I was advised they'd be there at 2PM. 4PM came and went with NO communication. When I called them I got their VM that said they closed at 3PM. Non-existent customer service. I'll never use Lowe's again.

    had an extremely frustrating experience at Lowe’s. I went in for a specific type of pipe that the app said was in stock in the Garden Center, but when I got there, it wasn’t anywhere to be found. I checked multiple aisles, including the PVC section, and still couldn’t find it. I asked an employee for help and was told to wait while they called someone over. I waited about 20 minutes—no one came. I checked the Garden Center again, and there were no employees anywhere. I asked another worker, who told me someone was out there, but again, nobody was there. At checkout, another employee tried paging someone over the intercom multiple times. Still nothing. I was then told to go to plumbing and wait there. I waited another 30 minutes with no help. The whole time, employees kept calling for assistance over the intercom, but no one ever showed up. Eventually, I found an employee who actually went to the back and got the item after another 10 minutes. While I’m glad I finally got what I needed, the entire process took about an hour and a half for something that should have taken 10 minutes. The customer service here is seriously lacking. There’s clearly a communication problem, and it feels like no one is taking responsibility. You would also expect a store like this to have staff with at least some basic knowledge of the products or the ability to locate them efficiently. Overall, this was a huge waste of time and a very disappointing experience.
